"70% ATC lift with Insider’s marketing suite"
What do you like best about Insider?

We have been using many tools from Insider such as Onsite, WebPush, and Smart Recommender. Though all the tools we have used are best in their own right and we intend to use a couple of more tools in the near future, my personal favorite is the Smart Recommender. It's truly transformed the user experience, and now we are able to showcase exactly what they wish to see which nudges their sweet spot and we are able to get conversions in a jiffy.

What do you dislike about Insider?

Understanding the capability of various tools and utilizing them to their full potential sometime, however the Insider support team helped us navigate through these and in a short span of time we were able to leverage the tools to our advantage.

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had unsatisfactory sales per click and an overall low conversion rate. By utilizing Onsite, Web push, and Smart Recommender by Insider we were able to get a 2% uplift in conversion rate, a 70% uplift in add to cart rates, and an incremental revenue of 33k. The benefits have been far too many, and we are looking forward to using some more tools from Insider.

"Insider’s Support Team and the Products are the best out there"
What do you like best about Insider?

We met with a lot of different companies before working with Insider, but no support team came close. Insider’s support team is attentive, has global experience and also local expertise, which is exactly what we needed. In addition to this, the technology is easy to use and integrate, and meets all of our needs. We can say that Insider won our heart as the best platform with the most amazing team. 80% of my work is with Insider’s email solution.

What do you dislike about Insider?

We wanted to integrate multiple templates at once but we weren’t able to do so. Campaigns creation took sometime due to this. We hope to see an improvement here soon.

Recommendations to others considering Insider:

We would recommend Insider to companies who want to improve their customer service but are struggling to find a good starting point. Insider’s team is very supportive and experienced, so they are able to help each and every company that is looking to improve their strategies.

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to take the customer service of our company to the next level and Insider helped us achieve our goal. The support team gave us a very detailed analysis of our customer base, and recommendations based on that analysis. As a result, we saw increased engagement, sign up rates and transactions. Overall, we were able to raise our customer experience to the level we wanted.

"Insider kept getting our customers back for more and more purchases"
What do you like best about Insider?

Our marketing team was doing a great job of running campaigns however our website failed to captivate the audience since we were not able to maximize to show personalized experiences. The web suite from Insider changed the game thanks to their Personalize It Yourself kit.

Their journey orchestration tool helped us in tracking customer behavior and preferences and enabled us to display captivating and responsive results on the website ensuring the customers stayed and discovered more. All of this together helped us generate double the sales from our previous quarter.

What do you dislike about Insider?

We were spoiled for choice with Insider, so many templates and tools to choose from, one of the best marketing solutions in the market. No complaints at all

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

Holding the customers' interest and getting them to spend more time on our website was a task. Reaching out to customers only available on email and SMS to get back and finish their purchase was another tough nut to crack. Insider’s Web Suite, Mobile App, Email, and SMS tools helped us overcome these challenges and double our sales within a quarter. Will definitely recommend Insider as a personalization vendor.

What do you like best about Insider?

Having a wide range of products and categories, it wasn’t easy for us to introduce our customers to new products as most of them generally come with a particular product on their mind they want to buy. That’s when we came across Insider’s Social Proof feature which allowed them to view how many other customers have purchased the product they were looking to buy.

It also enabled them to see the number of people viewing the same product in real-time. Implementing this solution we were able to inculcate trust in our customers, which led to a massive hike in our revenue. Really impressed with the fact that the integration process was quite easy and fast.

What do you dislike about Insider?

It could’ve been better if the panel could offer localized language support. Other than that, we have found it to be very useful and rich in functionalities. Great team, amazing tool.

We’re an ecom company and it’s because of Insider that we have achieved so much and that too in such a short span of time. We are able to not only meet the expectations of our customers but surpass them and it wouldn't have been possible without Insider.

What do you like best about Insider?

Insider helped us track each visitor’s purchasing habits, interactions with the brand, and their likelihood to convert and use that information to create 1:1 experiences for each visitor. As we wanted to improve the experience for our app users as well, we used their ready-to-use in-app templates. These templates made our mobile application look more appealing to them and enabled us to personalize content and product recommendations based on specific needs and interests of each unique user. In a short span of time, we were able to boost our app retention rates and uplift conversions by 30%. As we had a large set of customer databases, we needed a solution that could enable us to send personalized emails to our inactive users and encourage them to visit our website and app. Glad that Insider’s email and SMS did a wonderful job and we were able to reach out to create different segments for existing, churned, and potential customers in no time using AI and reach out to them with appropriate messaging.

What do you dislike about Insider?

Nothing at the moment. The platform really surpassed our expectations and helped us achieve more than we anticipated. We’re really impressed with the Insider products as well as their support team and we’d love to continue this partnership in the future.

Earlier, we were struggling to gain understanding of each website and app user and because of this it was a challenge for us to create personalized experiences. When Insider came into the picture, everything seemed so easy. Leveraging their products and expertise of their team, we were able to create individualized experiences, widen our audience reach, bring back churned users, and delight our existing customers. Overall, the results have been amazing. High CR, high engagement, high retention, and app/web personalization are some of the achievements we’ve been able to make after parting with Insider. Would love to use their other products and recommend this platform to others as well.

What do you like best about Insider?

Our marketers managed marketing campaigns more accurately after integrating with Architect's AI and Machine Learning capabilities. The tool provided us with some crucial information about our customers' behavior based on their browsing habits, product viewing habits, and more. With the use of these insights, we were able to target our marketing suggestions to them in accordance with what could appeal to them. We were able to boost engagement across multiple channels using Architect and by using multiple templates of theirs.

What do you dislike about Insider?

Working with Architect first seemed a little hard to us due to its extensive library of pre-built templates, segmentation tools, and channels to use but with patience and the Insider team's assistance, we integrate effectively and begin going right away.

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

Due to sub-par marketing tactics, our brand needed to gain a competitive edge. However, since AI and machine learning technologies supported Insider's Architect tool, it allowed our marketers to quickly construct experiences using pre-built templates for the most frequently explored routes. Now our marketers could build and work on better marketing techniques as they were getting precise insights about our customer’s behavior, which eventually helped our brand recommend better products and increase our sales growth.

What do you like best about Insider?

The Insider team are great to work with. They make it very easy to quickly test ideas on your website without the long lead times and expensive costs of web development. The web pushes also offer a powerful way of reaching a new audience with marketing messages.

What do you dislike about Insider?

I'm not a big fan of working with Zendesk to manage jobs and would prefer there were no overage costs when traffic volumes increase as your site grows over time.

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

We approached Insider to improve our conversion rates for both lead generation and ecommerce and have acheived both. Insider have bought some great ideas to the table and implemented them for us. The combination of web pushes with on site improvements is delivering great ROI with additional ecommerce sales and leads.

What do you like best about Insider?

The best - Insider allows us to engage with everyone on our website, be it an unregistered visitor, a registered user or someone who makes repeat purchase on our website. The platform can be utilized to provide unique experiences to these people based on their lifecycle status.

What do you dislike about Insider?

Although we saw a lot of improvement in our AOV and Customer retention rates, we would have loved the ability to create reports dedicated to these metrics.

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to increase our AOV and retain more customers overall. Using mobile-based personalization we were able to streamline our promotions, coupons, prompts and offers that led to higher AOV as well as helped our customers to relate with us better, and therefore improving brand loyalty.

What do you like best about Insider?

Insider is one of the best tools out there for web and app push. There segmentation capabilities help us deploy relevant campaigns to the right audience easily. We have been able to nudge customers make a purchase with pushes like price alerts and back in stock alerts. Our conversions and recovered revenue rates have gone up since implementing some of these campaigns.

Cart abandonment and browse abandonment web pushes have been two of our most successful campaigns with highest conversion rates.

What do you dislike about Insider?

Would be great if we can have visualized reporting that can help us tie together some of these revenue metrics.

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were initially a little skeptical about web push as a channel owing to opt-in mandates and other reasons. With Insider coming into the picture, we are more than happy and confident that we made the right decision. I can say that we finally found the best product for web push with standout features that help us manage opt-ins and optimize these campaigns for engagement without spamming our users.
