The most helpful thing about inLighten is how well its website is organized. It was easy to research the software on their website and understand how to implement it at my job. Other sites don't clearly state what equipment is required. inLighten allows me to do my own research, know what is needed to complete a goal, and implement it in real-time efficiently.

More expensive than other software programs.

The software solved my issue of customers always missing me menu. They are now able to clearly see the menu and it's up-to-date. This helps with ordering and increasing overall sales.
