Birst is not such a complex business intelligence tool. The outlook of the tool is straightforward and basic. The features are basic, easy to understand and use. The integration of CRMs is quite seamless. The Dashboards are very impressive.

Birst works slowly sometimes while exporting extensive data.

We use it every day to see the performances and contributions of the team members, accounts and hotels. Customisation of the desired reports is very impressive. The most fantastic feature is that it offers excellent dashboards of the data and provides BAR, Graphs, Trend Charts and Pie charts. The data can be exported in Excel spreadsheets as well as PDF files. It simplifies the daily tasks hence improvise the team productivity.

It is one of the best AI-based data visualization and modelling tools currently used in Infor CloudSuite WMS and other Infor Tools.

Sometimes the reports are very limited and customization is not possible.

There are many things I like about Infor Birst and among them is the way it integrates with data from multiple sources and refers us to make one or several representations of it through visualization dashboards for better understanding and less cumbersome analysis. On the other hand, it is intuitive, has a good support team and its reporting tool is a highlight of the software.

It has a learning curve that is steep at first, but as you use it, the technique gets better and everything becomes easier.

When we talk about visualization and accurate data analysis, we talk about Infor Birst. In my organization it has served to organize our business ideas around the data we already have, this data comes from different sources and the way in which this application integrates them is really incredible. Birst is being used within my organization for BI visualization and distribution. Birst has great intuitiveness in its user interface and makes it easy to integrate with data. Birst's dashboards are excellent for displaying data and it has global filters. Its analytical capabilities are exceptional, as is its reporting and information distribution functionality. Their customer service is top notch, excellent all around.

I think they should add more graphing and charting options, it is still limited in that aspect; on the other hand, some functions are complex and represent a challenge for the user.

It is a highly intuitive and effective product when we talk about using business intelligence to analyze data around better decision making and overall monitoring of your business; it guarantees stability and growth.

It is very easy to use, interactive and has very good customer service. Functionally it has helped us to compile data from different types and different sources and represent it in highly customizable dashboards and reports to have a 360-degree view of our business. Birst has come to simplify everything in Business Intelligence.
