I like the automated mailing option for data, as it is very helpful for my work monitoring inventory. The setup for Increff WMS was good.

During cycle audits, the 'not found' quantity automatically goes to 'lost', which can be inconvenient. It would be better if there was a different base, allowing inventory adjustments to be made directly with management's approval.

I use Increff WMS for bin-wise stock maintenance. The automated mailing option for stock report data is very helpful for my work.

Item history. We don't know the product history before like when is inwarded, age of the product. After increff with the Increff unique code system. Everything is our control.

Identification of single pc and multiple pcs orders, during picking, which was not available earlier.

Cross dock operation need to simplify, because ASN creation is required so warehouse cannot handle this independently

Inventory accuracy and increasing outbound capacity

what i liked best about the Increff before using increff the system will track based on sku id but after using the increff it will give you every single physical piece a unique id and apart from it will sync inventory within 15 second.

I will not say this is the disadvantage but ya ofcourse if the system will provide live dashboard to perform deep analysis and one more thing some time it will frustrate while downloading the report

while working for one of the E-COMMERCE company during the sales period 20 to 30 percent of item will be return by the customer before using of increff we have to check manually checking for damage putting them back for sales but after using increff it will scanned immediately and we can return item back to sales within minutes.

I am frustrated by the limitations on downloading reports when line items exceed 10 Lakhs, as there should be alternative options for handling large datasets.
