The simple approach to the home screen. Being able to view all of the tabs from any page you are currently on.

Sometimes the screen doesn’t cover my entire computer screen. The colors make the site look a little dated.

I have realized that out of all the different emr systems I have been subjected to that imedic Ware is the most user friendly site out there. User friendly.

I like that all documents are stored in one place, that they are categorized, but you also have the option to view all.

I actually don’t dislike anything, I think it’s very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Easily identify members and their signatures to verify they are who they say they are. Research loan documents and membership paperwork.

Imedicare has wonderful photo imaging quality. It allows for different types of users to be in the same chart to review information at the same time. It also integrates with other software that is useful in an medical office setting

There are a lot of screens that require a lot of clicking but other than that I would recommend to anyone

I would recommend this to any practice that is small and looking for something user-friendly. We had a lot of trouble having any type of issue fixed. We also had trouble with the schedule and overbooking but this may not be a problem for a smaller practice.

Imedicware is great in our office. The interface is user friendly and easy to understand. The layout goes well with exam flow and makes things move more quickly.

The system has some features that are useful like the dashboard. The EMR system is somewhat user friendly

Everything about the system, the company, etc. has issues. We had our "Go Live" which was a disaster, the system kept failing and they blamed it on our internet. After months after going live we find out our billing was not set up on their end correctly causing claims not to be sent out and charges not to post. The PM system is absolutely horrible. We are unable to run reports of any kind because there is a "system glitch" that needs to be sent to "developmental". We have been on the system since July 2019, almost a year, I still have tickets in with developmental that are almost a year old and told sorry they are working on it. If you need any type of technical support you have to sit on hold for hours and that is if they do not kick it voicemail. When making templates there is a "glitch" where the template will be created but some how it adds more appointments and less appointments on certain days. Again, another thing they set up for developmental to look at. If you change templates and patients are already scheduled it will cancel the patients appointment and place them on a reschedule list. If you want to update a template like add a slot or take away a slot you cant do this without creating an entire new template and the above happens again. The system constantly crashes causing us to move to paper. The reports do not work either, another thing developmental is "working on". All reports can export to a CSV but the data is wrong and they placed subtotals between phys and operators so you cannot manipulate or use for pivot tables graphs etc. In billing, it will say the patients either paid when they did not or it will say they didn't pay when they did even though the payment is posted. (another "glitch")

All and all I would say to RUNNN!!! We have tried again and again as it is extremely expensive to switch companies to get them to fix all their "glitches" and nothing is ever done! Communication and customer service is horrible. Each time you call there is also a new employee because the last one was terminated. I have had 4 sales reps in 2 years and god only knows how many cust serv reps try to help.

The program itself is fairly easy to use. The pictures on the icon make enough sense that even with limited experience you can navigate the system.

This program constantly crashes. This program also does not communicate with any other emr's. Basic functionality is missing.

I'd reconsider. In this day in age it only makes sense to have an emr that can communicate easily with other emr softwares.

The main benefit is its ease of use
