It's very user friendly. The Icicle team is very helpful too.

Sometimes the search function can be tricky.

It helps manage all aspects of our food production process from procurement to production and also everything from sales to shipping

Icicle provides us with one system that handles everything from HACCP procedures and processes, training, raw material tracking, production scheduling, warehousing, distribution and sales. It makes audits a breeze as everything is linked and in one place.

It was not set-up to suit Australian needs (GST & Xero), but the Team at Icicle were very quick to resolve these issues, and nothing was too much to ask.

It makes completing audits a breeze as we have numerous audits throughout the year and having everything in one system makes it very easy to find documents, flowcharts and processes.

Inventory and customer management

Icicle is very user friendly and the support has been extremely helpful & beneficial for our business.

There aren't many things, but one thing that I don't like is that it doesn't populate our lot codes automatically.

Keeping our inventory in line, helping to organize our food safety program and making it easier to monitor our receiving & shipping.

Automation of record keeping, immediate notification of critical Food Safety and Quality out of limits, trending and validation of critical controls. Immediate ability to trace product and inventory control. Technical support is awesome.

Set up and changes to HACCP system requires technical support from Icicle. Process not intuitive for most users. Support staff is easy to work with and responds timely.

Automated record keeping. Verification and validation of control points. Easy, immediate traceability. Notification of out of control parameters. Allows for remote monitoring.

Icicle had many attributes which were intuitive to use, BUT the real standout star of the program is the customer service. The logic chains behind the program were easy to understand with minimal experience, making it easy to jump feet first into populating the program with your core data. But, The customer service team makes Icicle shine; they are willing to spend the time required (with follow-ups as requested) to make sure you truly understand what the program is doing behind the scenes so you are set up for success out the gate.

That I am being required to add a dislike to the review. No complaints here.

Icicle allowed me to combine separate manual tasks under one roof to streamline the work.

There are so many options and tools that integrate into your business. It really keeps everyone in one central location. The support staff are very responsive and excellent!!

Big learning curve but that is not really Icicles fault, their team of trainers are great.

Digitalizing all documentation and allowing us to sync info to be able to cross reference everything. The traceability is fantastic.

Icicle is a well-rounded platform that is user friendly. Their account managers are accommodating and prompt in response to any questions or requests.

Occasional error messages appear when upload file sizes are too large.

We looked into other systems but what we found with Icicle is it's all in one it handles food safety, HACCP, inventory control, manufacturing, quality control in one system

The UI is not that great but works, the integration with barcode readers is also could be improved
