I like the Zero Trust architecture of iboss, as it secures user browsing regardless of their location, eliminating the need to use a VPN on each employee's computer. It has transformed the company's security by allowing direct and secure access to applications no matter where they are. Additionally, the implementation of iboss is simple and intuitive.

The user interface feels a bit overwhelming and somewhat outdated, navigating between the different layers of the platform can be somewhat confusing.

The wide range of features like advance threat protection, secure web gateway and data loss prevention etc.

There is nothing which I dislike about iBoss.

It helped us in web filtering, malware defence, data loss prevention (DLP), advance threat protection and secure access to prevent unauthorised acccess and data leakage.

iboss providing top-notch cyber security capabilities. In todays world where hackers are on the rise, it gives me peace of mind.

The migration process from Bluecoat hardware is difficult at times. Ive found that some advanced features for web security and geo-based browsing are lacking.

Previously managing and securing our network was a struggle. Their comprehensive web and email security solutions have improved our network security posture by safeguarding us from threats.

It's cost-effective and notifies me of any breaches that I come across. Updates on its own, so I do not have to do that manually. Everything is automatic, leaving me very little to do on my end. Love it!

So far, it has been one of the best products I've used for cyber security. Gives me peace of mind, especially knowing how many hackers are out there. Recommend this to other companies I collaborate with as well.

It is stopping hackers from getting into our database. Also, informing me of any bad sites that I may come across or if someone sends me a scam link.

iBoss has met and exceeded all of our needs. The support team is knowledgeable and great to work with!

So far no complaints or issues. Happy with product.

Sites categorization, allow, and blocking sites is so easy. Also, the setup is very easy to manage.

All our users are protected by the service wherever they are without the need for added infrastructure.

Simple admin controls will instant reaction to changes

Whish we were able to do more agent reporting by AD object to give a compliance report of which devices have the product installed

Ease of use and stability. We have not had a single outage in the 1 year we have been using it.

So far so good, no complaints. Has been stable and transparent to the users.

Web security and geo-based browsing

I appreciate the Dashboard because it teaches you while you interact with it. Most things are clearly laid out in a practical way. The Technical Team is especially helpful. Every agent has been prompt and the Engineers have addressed all of our issues swiftly and accurately. I deal with Microsoft Office 365 support and by comparison, I would rank iBoss' Engineering support and objectives in the same positive way. The Solution as a whole is an eyeopener and has definitely shaped the way we view security and planning ahead. The knowledge that is shared so clearly and with simplicity has really helped our team to focus directly on the "needs and wants" versus the nuts and bolts of Code. Yes there is a vitue to working with code and understanding it, but iBoss has closed the gap for us and definitely have presented a Trusted Source for our use without the fear of being taken advantage of as a lesser one in the relationship. I feel empowered each time i interact with iBoss agents and engineers. This would be equivalent to a true replication of qualities and discipline which I am able to inherit or absorb by proportion into my own capacity at any time of growth. As a result of that - the effectiveness of the Platform itself is extended into my jurisdiction as well. Thank you for that.

The Granular rules are a bit of a challenge ad this time and are untouched at this stage of our implementation. In the future, there should be an account holder Video Tutorial to perhaps allow us to review those advanced features at our pace and then after we complete that, we would graduate to an engineer assisted support session. If there could be a deeper level consultation after a certain phase of the deployment and production, we would be able to refine even more. As reminded in a previous consultation, iBoss is the expert and is able to observe trends so easily that it could recommend various best practices reasonably fast.

I would Recommend the Gateway on prem as well.

We are able to block out unwanted traffic and sites. We are also able to observe other hidden traffic during website sessions and increase the depth of our blocking categories.

The reporting tools although extensive, provide great detail.

There were about four sites that we had issues with whitelisting and it took several engineers to resolve the issue.

Great system that serves the intended purpose. Reporting is extensive.
