One of the best features I really like about IBM Watson is the deep learning approach and adding a human tone and response in to the outputs. NLP is known for the suggesting a very accurate readings and dusts away the non relevant content out of it. Real time audio streaming is also one of the high tech features available within in it which is extremely user friendly and not limited to that it supports multi languages as well which makes it easier for almost all users to adapt it their daily life.

Price is one of the biggest factor here as IBM Watson uses pay as you go model where to forecast the cost is bit difficult. It cannot be used offline and integration with the online servers is must as the offline mode offers very limited options.

Solving the language barrier in global expansion where the first language is almost not English and real time transcripts enables users to understand the business and ease the way to connect with colleagues outside there country as well.

It is an AI driven text to speech service which has high quality speech transcription into their applications which is used for call center analytics and agent assistant, which our company uses it more than 3-4 times a day and it also have easy interface which helps us to implement anything easily and also the customer support is also good. and also, its integration is also easy to implement. it really helps initial users to make any voice of any quality transcript into text and it really helps to save a lot of time.

it has very complex interface which is laggy too and also the software sometimes gets hanged during a session it suddenly displays message like connection lost and also its language support is very less like it only have few languages integrated in it.

I really like the way IBM Watson Speech to Text identifies speakers. It categorizes agents and clients perfectly, making the transcribed text very helpful.

The setup is not so easy. The documentation is also a pain, and that's on par with IBM, I guess. If there's background noise, it's hard to work with the tool sometimes. Not that easy. It's not a simple plug-and-play. You may need a developer to set it up. I'm technically skilled, and even I had some trouble navigating their console.

The screen size is fixed, it would be great if we have resizing option available.
