What do you like best about IBM Trusteer Rapport?

The ability to log and check every IP vs DNS.

What do you dislike about IBM Trusteer Rapport?

The product is not widely accepted by banks.

What problems is IBM Trusteer Rapport solving and how is that benefiting you?

It detects malware and phishing attacks. My online banking is much safer.

Best way to secure your website and not get involved in phising or malware attacks

What do you like best about IBM Trusteer Rapport?

I love how this allows me to figure out the difference between real users and phishing attacks which happen frequently in the field I work in. Could easily stop any malware problems as well. Highly recommended

What do you dislike about IBM Trusteer Rapport?

Nothing I dislike about it to be quite honest. I haven't found one single flaw with their system and it's been working excellent since day one.

Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to make their network safe from malware & phishing

What problems is IBM Trusteer Rapport solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to quickly and effeciently tell the difference between a real trusted user and fraudulent activity which should be flagged immediately.

IBM Trusteer

What do you like best about IBM Trusteer Rapport?

I use this software when preparing to do ACH payroll. This product works easily behind the scenes as I am crediting employee’s bank accounts and gives me peace of mind with security measures in place. Clicking on my fab to go from one screeen to another is also very easy.

What do you dislike about IBM Trusteer Rapport?

There is nothing I dislike at all. When the program was removed from my system by mistake, it was very easy to get it back through the download process.

What problems is IBM Trusteer Rapport solving and how is that benefiting you?

Security measures when processing payroll and touching folks bank accounts gives me peace of mind.

IBM Trusteer Rapport - Running in the background

What do you like best about IBM Trusteer Rapport?

Lightweight. Offers browsing protection running unnoticeably in the background. The dashboard has a link listing the trusted websites, allowing me to know if, for example, a banking website that I use, is included in the list. I like the IP address validation feature.

What do you dislike about IBM Trusteer Rapport?

Sometimes, after opening the browser (Firefox, in particular), a pop-up message appears indicating that I need to manually start Trusteer. This could be because in Firefox, I do not save browsing history.

Recommendations to others considering IBM Trusteer Rapport?

Trusteer is a lightweight added security layer to help guard against internet scams, like phishing. I have found it to be helpful. It does not seem to add any latency to the brower's response time.

What problems is IBM Trusteer Rapport solving and how is that benefiting you?

Added based on a recommendation from one of my banking sites. I use Trusteer Rapport to provide protection in addition to the anti-virus software I use. It is suppose to protect against increasingly more common internet threats, like phishing, screen scraping, etc.

What do you like best about IBM Trusteer Rapport?

It adds security if it does not corrupt your system files.

What do you dislike about IBM Trusteer Rapport?

It has turned my new laptop into a table ornament. IBM's support for Trusteer forces the customer to conform to a lengthy process instead of actually providing support.

What problems is IBM Trusteer Rapport solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not at all. It is forcing me to wait 2 weeks to receive a recovery stick from my laptop manufacturer.
