Since the product is still under development, you can encounter few bugs which can lead to poor experience, but the product makes up by delivering amazing value for money.

The product has ability to scale processing. It is very is stable, secure and reliable. There are multiple products in the market but IBM, we get a superior products. A B2B product rely on its service and if there's an issue, or a query or we want to evaluate a busines decision which needs a session on current needs, we can get it done via our account management team at IBM.
There are a couple of issues with the product current, like the current version of report we get on printing the EDI file can be improved and made more presentable. Some of the transactions needs to be in human readable format. Also, the analytics to track the EDI trading partners can be improved by ensuring better visibility into various partners and sub partners.
Helped to Improve compliance & risk management across the setup along with helping in addressing the internal as well as operational efficiencies we had in our business

The application is easy to use and customer support is outstanding. I use this product almost daily for Test and Production. Production rarely requires my intervention and I rarely think about it. For development, the support I receive is excellent. The turnaround for requests is very good and the support staff is always helpful.
I have no dislikes with this product. It does everything I need.
Being in the USA, we have customers overseas who use EDIFACT. IBM is very helpful in implementing EDIFACT processing. When I make a request, IBM will always honor that request and will offer tip/suggestions. This assistance is vital for me, as I am not a full time EDI expert.
