It is effortless to use. Using it, upload your text data and classify it easily. We can use this data classification to analyze social media analysis and email filtering or several applications where we can use it.
As I am using it, I do not find any specific point where I can dislike it. It supports multiple languages and the quality of qualification based on language.
It is beneficial where we require categorization required. It is helpful for Virtual Assistants or chatbots to understand user queries. It can be used to categorize products on the e-commerce platform automatically. It will be beneficial to organize unstructured data as well.
IBM Watson Natural Language Classifier is a fantastic tool for classifying coding languages. Using this tool helps to understand the coding languages very quickly.
I don't think there is anything to dislike about this tool. However, continuous feedback is required to keep improving this tool's usage for all users in an organization.
It benefits all users who find it difficult to understand the coding languages. This tool simplifies the language understanding process and makes it easy for the user.
It is scalable, covering modules in operational risk, regulatory compliance, IT governance/services, internal audit, model risk, third-party risk, data privacy... etc. There might be more, but the underlying framework governance is robust. It's reporting COgnos tool is also easy to use (if the package is loaded).
Visualisation of the risk analytics and to translate the risk insights for non-tech user.
3 complanies I worked with, they all had specilaised team to customise visualisation dashboards outside of OpenPages.
It's object model is robust that I can trust the data extracted, and able to investigate with ease from its logical model connections.
This integration made the end-to-end holistic view possible, a tthe unser interface level.
The task focussed UI views along with the workflow and calculation engines allow solutions to be easily configured to meet client needs with mostly configuration. This means that solutions can be delivered in an Agile approach allowing teams to quickly build and deploy new/amended solutions.
Personally I would like more capability for both administators and users to create multiple homepage dashboard panels, and for local panels, to be able to share them with their local teams. This would reduce overheads of creating multiple profiles to have different dashboards.
Having said that, the simplicity and flexibility of how users can setup their own dashboards is very impressive.
Bringing innovative solutions out and constantly improving the platform capability. The new RCM integrations for example is really helping clients think through their challenges for regulatory compliance, policy compliance etc and providing some neat out of the box integrations to help ingest the external data.
Simple intuitive solution that places the data at the fingertips of the owners and decision makers, allowing them to run their business more effectively.
Nothing too dislike; especially since the v8.2 release
Consolidating several solutions across our LOB's into a single solution for the Enterprise
Easy navigation, reports, alerts, Org structures and visualisations. I was pretty new to the GRC platform but still I was able to easily get up to speed and delivered a quality product to client meeting all the regulations
NA, there is nothing I could think of from my experience
It helped us to get my financial client to be compliant in terms of grc and other regulations
The tool out-of-box is very comprehensive. With minimal config it delivers any clients requirements. The upgrades to task-forced UI, workflow engine & calculations has made life easier
Many pain points but at top 2 things, no bulk user creation option & profiles cant be exported & imported with UI. There is aura tool which runs on Java 1.5 but has never worked for us. Other paint points are: The out-of-box TaskForced UI does not carry full range of associations like Standard UI. Links on Cognos still direct to Standard UI. No duplication feature for views, workflows etc. Not all admin features are on TaskForced UI.
Many silo systems do what OpenPages does but where OpenPages stands out is centralized & shared Risk, Control & Process registers and a holistic picture for each artifact.
The ability to be able to design based on our feature and design
There isn't anything I dislike about the prpduct
We are able to monitor children in social media for cyberbullying and help us to educate the family

Customizable workflows and calculations help us to automate business processes. Especially the questionnaire functionality meets our requirements. Lastly, the product support team always provides clear instructions and resolves issues quickly.
The integrated reporting tool Cognos is not easy to use for beginners. Additionally, the access management possibilities are rather powerful but very complex at the same time.
OpenPages heavily facilitates the capturing, monitoring and tracking GRC assessments and issues. It provides a holistic view of the organizational risks.
