The customization of some reports is quite challenging, and the initial setup process is not very intuitive, requiring careful attention. Additionally, Hyperproof is somewhat pricey compared to other solutions, which could make it less accessible, despite being the best option available.

I like how easy Hyperproof is to navigate and use. I know where things are and how to access them, which makes interacting with the client and collecting evidence much easier. I also enjoy how easy it is to get help or get my questions answered, as there are many help support options that all work well. The setup was very easy too; the instructions were straightforward and easy to follow.

I wish there was an option to delete requests. I have found that the only options are to edit them or archive. If you accidentally upload multiple requests that are wrong or not needed, you can't delete them. Instead, you have to one by one edit them or archive them and upload more.

It’s easy to work with, has a simple interface, and includes the necessary features a user might need.

Downloading the evidence feels a bit slow, and I think the download speed could be improved.

I don't necessarily dislike anything about Hyperproof but I have heard complaint about syncing with our company's SOC.x platform
