Pretty fast extraction and documents processing. The result is better than expected, in terms of accuracy.

The community edition has a quite limited function. We can only extract invoices.

I am using it to initiate an attempt to automate document (mainly invoice) processing flow.

Its technology reduces manual effort in the data extraction process to a minimum, and the service is very easy to integrate.

Some adjustments in the model might be needed in order to increase the accuracy of some specific, non-standard documents.

Very user friendly tool. Also, support staff is very helpful and quick to respond to questions. After initial learning period, using Hypatos is really beneficial to us.

We connect consultants to companies. Our consultants need to get paid for their expenses. Previous manual process was slow for the consultants and tiresome for us.

The ease with which processes can be automated and optimized through this tool turns out to be its greatest attraction, and it is that no matter how complex the Hypatos task may turn out to be, it allows us to simplify it in a quite practical way, its graphical interface has a fairly simple and intuitive design that allows us to use it in a much simpler and easier way, not to mention the fact that its entire process and learning curve is quite fast and easy to understand, its customer service team is quite fast at the moment to solve any problem that may arise.

Despite having user manuals, these are not completely well designed, so this would be the only recommendation that I would give them, that they try to improve and update the manuals in such a way that they are much more understandable and easier to understand and thus serve as support for problem solving.

It has been especially useful when updating and improving a large number of tasks and processes within our company in a much more practical, efficient and agile way, not to mention the fact that it has allowed us to have a large amount of information in a safe and well-protected, so that we do not have to fear data leaks or that other applications misuse our data, which is quite practical to automate and digitize all our administrative processes in a fairly fast and secure way, in such a way so that we can streamline all our procedures in a much more efficient way, so it has been of great help to us when we want to increase our productivity and quality of services.

As a CTO, I like Hypatos’ flexible approach. Their software works on both the cloud and on our devices.

I can't complain. However, operations team needed to label documents using their software to get started
