What do you like best about Hushly?

Easy to create ABX landing pages quickly. Ability to customize landing pages based on account identification intent signals and predictive modeling to serve personalized content in a meaningful way. Higher conversion rate than old resource pages. Helps with abandonment capture by serving up options based on the intent before they leave. Support is consistently helpful and they take action quickly to solve any problems we have. The ability to get real business leads that already come enriched with our data requirements. We looked at Hushly and saw a single solution of content engagement, lead conversions, and lead enrichment with a very low barrier to entry that started with a pilot. Hushly has all the elements for content engagement including personalization through AI and 3rd party intent data. More importantly for us is their focus on increasing lead conversions that are GDPR/CASL, compliant. The pricing made our decision a no-brainer since it is performance-based, it's easy to prove the ROI

What do you dislike about Hushly?

Hushly has been great about helping us fix anything we need fixed or adding features and function as things come up that we want to do that wasn't in the platform yet. UX could use a refresh, and this is in the works.

Recommendations to others considering Hushly:

Compared to what I was paying for competitive solutions, Hushly has the same features/function and we're paying much less, plus they have a great support team, share your goals with them, they will help you meet your objectives.

What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy to create Account-based Marketing focused landing pages without having to work with a web developer. Custom landing pages based on intent data and keywords with highly relevant content. Content engagement, lead conversion, and enrichment for ABM campaigns. High bounce rates was also a problem we were looking to solve and we've already improved by almost 10%.

"Great platform with robust features"

What do you like best about Hushly?

I started working at Check Point and one of my primary responsibilities is to manage our use of Hushly to improve our website lead conversions and quality and increase content engagement. It has been pretty easy to learn the tech and whenever I need help the Hushly team is always there to support us. We are using Hushly to power the Resource Center on our website and have seen big benefits from shifting away from Marketo landing pages to their Self Nurturing Landing Pages (SNLPs) which have really improved conversion from organic and paid traffic. In fact, the quality of the Hushly leads are such high quality that we route them directly to sales as opposed to putting them into nurture campaigns. We do have big plans to expand our use of the platform in 2023 to ensure our global teams enjoy the same benefits that our US team has been enjoying and look forward to utilizing all the new enhancements they've shared with us which will be available in the months to come.

Need more styling customization, which they are actively working on improving.

"Straightforward and simple asset management."

What do you like best about Hushly?

An asset library with hundreds of web assets can be difficult to keep organized, but Hushly has made it very easy, and the opportunity for automated personalization is a huge plus. The team is incredibly responsive to improvement requests and tickets and has been an invaluable resource in helping us achieve success with the tool.

What do you dislike about Hushly?

The tool is not well-optimized for SEO on the item level.

What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our current CMS doesn't have a robust DAM, so Hushly both covers our need for a content experience platform and acts as a DAM for our website. It also saves me time managing files and forms, which is a huge plus.

What do you dislike about Hushly?

The Hushly software navigation can be cumbersome and non-intuitive. I want an easier-to-use, more user-friendly, and feature-rich WYSIWYG web page design experience.

Hushly allows me to create digital destinations quickly. Once you get the hang of the software, creating new items is easy and fast.

Reporting is also beneficial. I can find the exact details I need down to the user-level.

"Amazing product, awesome customer experience with Candice"

What do you like best about Hushly?

Hushly is a fantastic platform for anyone looking to build a content hub and create experiences for their customers and future customers. Candice Farrell the Senior Director of customer success is an absolute rockstar. She will answer all your questions and have you up and running in no time. Our content hub has been live for four days and is already tracking 50+ highly engaged leads. We are currently experimenting with Hushly ABM pages for our events, customers, and research pieces. Special shout out to the Hushly dev team and James K for always fulfilling our requests no matter how weird or wonderful :)

What do you dislike about Hushly?

None. The team is super helpful in adding features that make sense to the development roadmap.

What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have lots of content pieces with more coming. Hushly helped us organize, track and maintain it in a common location and allowed us to create custom content experiences depending on the user.

The variety of ways to build turnkey customized engagement with core prospects and accounts on page and through outbound is beneficial. Hushly can help you create both single asset experiences and multi-asset experiences to streamline registration and encourage prospects to self-nurture and navigate to the asset or multiple assets most relevant to them.

What do you dislike about Hushly?

Something that does not work as well for us is reporting in the tool does not allow you to easily see multiple downloads from a single individual in the way that we would like. However, the Hushly team is always willing to work with you to pull any additional reporting you need based on parameters you provide them.

What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are terrific at creating content, but needed more help organizing it. Our team is small and lean, and our challenge was to make it easier to surface and help our prospects consume multiple content assets, organize them in a way that is personalized to the individual, and create a better user experience. When we started working with Hushly, our main focus was to improve demand gen and create richer account-based experiences. We wanted to simplify our lengthy registration process, which included a typical landing page with a form. Their short microform (with data append) helped us significantly streamline this process, resulting in increased leads. Additionally we have leveraged their Account-Based Marketing services to build turnkey pages with minimal dev customized to account to drive higher engagement and customer expansion with target accounts.

What do you like best about Hushly?

The onboarding and user adoption is a smooth process, and Hushly Customers are also Champions of how to best leverage Hushly's robust content engagement and personalization features. The lead enrichment and integrations with Marketing Automation, CRM and User Intent tools are also helpful to get the most out of the platform. The customer success and support teams are very proactive and take user feedback seriously to always look at ways to improve the platform and user experience.

What do you dislike about Hushly?

There is a learning curve, but the customer success team supports the initial setup to get you up and running. There is room for growth, with additional SEO optimizations, deeper personalizations and A/B testing features, which I am certain would be a part of the product roadmap going forward.

Recommendations to others considering Hushly:

Give them a chance, the team is invested in your success!

What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hushly is certainly helping to reduce the form friction with content downloads, thanks to the self-nurturing landing pages. It's still early days but there is an uplift in dwell time on site as well as a reduction in bounce rates, signalling that users are better engaged and hopefully will also become leads with active exit-intent experiences across some of the highly visited pages on the website.

I don't have any dislikes. I am curious about future innovations to the solution now that it's proven itself at being effective. I'd like to see what the solution looks like as it matures.
