"It was good to keep a track of attendance, performance reviews and was user friendly."

What do you like best about HRManta?

The UI is very self-explanatory and reduces the effort to have formal training for the tool - or any sort of help. One can easily get to know the tool on their own.

What do you dislike about HRManta?

One feature to have mass attendance regularisation, rather than doing it day by day would be really helpful; the rest is good for now. This feature would obviously be helpful.

What problems is HRManta solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Attendance regularisation - Getting visibility into my attendance, backlog and how many leaves quota I have is helpful

2. Performance review of employees - One stop shop for all the reviews and PIP related details could be found under one platform.

What do you like best about HRManta?

It is user friendly, easy to understand, time saving, effective, ready to use templates.

What do you dislike about HRManta?

Nothing as of now. All good in this software

It is relatively easy to use, with a pleasant & simple UI. No need for special training to use this software

What do you dislike about HRManta?

its loading time was high at times. Faster loading time would be better

Good value for money

I could access attendance, leaves, compensation details easily on HR Mantra. I could easily access the details of my subordinates as well.,

What do you like best about HRManta?

The browsability of the application is simple.

What do you dislike about HRManta?

The application lags a lot during high usage. And the data is inconsistent in case of high usage.

Recommendations to others considering HRManta:

Not much unless they fix the issues with stability.

What do you like best about HRManta?

While using hrmantra we did not face any problems while installing and using in mobile salary calculation was good

Their support was not good take so munch time for revert

They did not solve our problem that why we transfer from Hrmantra to HRone

The website seems pretty working on a few resolutions and not on all resolutions

Nowdays the UI are pretty clean and UX centric which seems lacking for HRMantra
