Thanks to the HowNow team for professional and personal support provided. The platform is very userfriendly and a easy to use platform to make own learning content and source content from a range of differnet e-learning providers.
It would be good to have a support call function as the support chat is not always as convenient as actully talking to someone.
We use HowNow to both build or company training, in addtion to more general e-learning content on wellbeing or report writing. It is easy to enable professional learning experiences for employees, and follow up on reminders og report on completion. Managers and technical team members can get access to set up their own training which is also very useful.
The platform itself is easy for new users to navigate. Our implementation was a amazingly easy. The HowNow+ content is broad, deep and FRESH! And the reporting provides exactly what we need.
Not being able to have a background image on our home page that is responsive to different users' screen configurations. Not being able to have our organization's name prominently displayed on the home page
The HowNow+ content in particular has solved our problem of having stale content. We can now provide our learners with a wide variety of relevant, current resources.
The ease with which we can create content and distribute it across teams as well as the integrations with OneDrive, Sharepoint and MS Teams.
The HowNow team is also always great at recommending best practices and advice so we can achieve what we need.
Nothing that I have come across just yet. If anything, it's great that we can share product feature ideas on their forum.
Our knowledge was always scattered and we needed an easy way for people to use what already existed, and this in the flow of work to avoid managers being knowledge bottlenecks.
Very easy to understand, and the necessary information is repeated. The Test at the end helps a user to remember important information.
There was nothing that I disliked. The presentation was excellent.
HowNow is helping to learn about office safety, cyber crime and other office procedures and information needed to work safely and intelligently.
Many of the topics are reasonably short, digestible reads. I can quickly gain more knowledge about a wide variety of topics relevant to my industry, company and role.
This may not really be a dislike, but there is so much information available on HowNow that it can be daunting at times to decide what to research or learn about.
My employer uses the HowNow platform to roll out new company initiatives and relevant learning topics and as an online resource available to all employees. Having access to these tools in an "on-demand" platform has allowed me to choose when and what learning to access.
To keep informed about what's going on at work and the upside and, more important, it brings the whole company in synchrony as it should be.
Nothing to dislike about it! How Now is definitely a great tool to work and learn with!

The multiple modes of content that can be created or curated on HowNow as well as the wide range of content integrations.
The constant improvements in the platform.
Some small pieces of functionality don't make sense but when identified these are swiftly updated by the attentive client support and tech teams from HowNow. Along with this I think there are small elements of user experience that could be improved as with all tech based platforms it is a ever growing and improving process.
There are so many different learning platform providers in the market and I truly think it would be a mistake not to consider a conversation with HowNow prior to making a choice on which platform to implement in your business.
Blended learning, self-driven and self accessed learning as well as key knowledge sharing from SMEs to wider parts of the business. We are able to begin the process of creating a learner led environemment.
Assessments and insights help to ensure content has landed with the team and uploading multimedia is quick and easy.
I'd love to see the ability to break down insights in more detail in order to help spot trends.
We now provide our agents with more online interactive self-guided training, which has reduced our reliance on classroom training.

HowNow is a real joy to partner with. Their customer-centricity is outstanding and they are responsive to feedback - their "Canny" feedback site allows you to suggest/upvote product improvements which they interact with regularly and they also provide great transparency on their roadmap.
They regularly innovate and it's exciting to partner with such a modern, agile organisation. The release of their learning pathways is a recent favourite.
HowNow really "get" learning - e.g. they take the learning to where the *learners* are with integrations with the browswer, or Slack etc. - it makes access to upskilling far more seamless. Their nuggets (short, bitesized content) are great, too, as they allow for microlearning. The site is simple to use, so it's really easy for our colleagues to create upskilling on it, even if they're not specialists. The channels are helpful and it's fun, modern and fresh.
Their smart, authentic team constantly impress and they will also go the extra mile to build great relationships and continuously add value, providing high-quality insights into L&D best practice with their podcast, L&D Disrupt, and learning events like HowNow Hacks.
This modern, responsive LXP is a world apart from our old LMS.
Unsurprisingly, the team is 'on it' with addressing downsides in their roadmap. The biggest one that they are addressing for us is getting better data analysis capability. They're also finessing channels (which we need to be more organised). I'm sure soon they'll give L&D teams "super admin" rights to be able to edit another's content and hopefully they'll also look into UI a little more (e.g. we do need a better way for learners to distinguish between content types - it would be helpful to be able to visually signpost that something is a podcast versus article versus workshop for instance).
