What do you like best about HotelRunner?
The interface and the service is excellent. I havent encountered any issues. They provide personalized setup sessions with agents, which proved helpful for individuals whore not tech savvy.
What do you dislike about HotelRunner?
HotelRunner handles day to day operations. Falls short in terms of displaying reservations. It is frustrating when guests claim to have made a reservation that we hav’t see on the website.
What problems is HotelRunner solving and how is that benefiting you?
Despite resources HotelRunner empowers us to manage reservations simply our operations. This saves energy while allowing us to prioritize delivering guest experiences. The user friendly interface HotelRunner proves to be the solution, for our business.

Love that Hotel runner works with so many partners has has a very good network. Helps give management a very good insight into the daily operations of thier properties.
What do you dislike about HotelRunner?
Need to get used to the interface. Myabe it could be a little more user friendly. But once you get used to the interface, its works as smooth as butter.

I did several market research on the internet looking for a channel manager for whom I don't have to spend high amounts. I have always looked for Italian products but finding nothing, I looked out over the world and found HotelRunner. At first I was doubtful, a Turkish product gave me perplexity. But over time I realized that I had made one of the best choices of my life.
