HostPapa is easy to use, navigate and work with. It's site is intuitive and it is amazing how much support is available when needed compared to other hosting options. I find I'm using their features more regularly than with my previous hosting portao.

I was overwhelmed the first time I used it. I wasn't expecting the number of features that were available.

Our previous hosting option disappeared and we lost access to everything. Before even signing up with Hostpapa their support team was extremely helping to track down our domains and our clients domains, helping us to re-claim them and transfer them onto their server. They went above and beyond, explained what they were doing along the way and ensure I had a good understanding as well.

When using emails, temporary passwords do not exist.

In billing, I had problems making a payment, but HostPapa support helped me a lot.

Great prices, prices are lower and more reasonable than any other provider I've found.

We get blacklisted pretty often. I use VPN so it must be that the addresses chosen by the VPN have been blacklisted at other times because of other users as the address changes multiple times per day.

Not everyone uses Lunarpages. Se4riously, I've never had any issues with them.

They've been my hosts for years. The past few years, I've been working in other areas and haven't had time to update my sites. They helped me get everything up and running again.

Nothing that occurred with the interaction

email wouldn't work on my new laptop and then after fixing that mail didn't work on my desk top. Through using host connect both customer shrive reps were able to fix my problem.

I need to be able to talk to technical support via the phone, and it is the main reason for changing over from my previous hosting site. Lunarpages has been extremely proactive and reliable not only during the migration which they handled completely, but in every other aspect of keeping my website running smoothly.

at times the website appears to running a bit slower than I would like during editing, but i think that has more to do with Wordpress than Lunarpages.

IN MY OPINION IT ISN'T CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITHOUT A PHONE...LUNARPAGES HAS IT ALL!

I called Lunar Pages because there was an issue with my web site not working and they were great at providing fast and effective solutions, I felt like I was being taken care of and they were happy to do it. One of the best customer experiences I've had!

There wasn't anything I disliked in my recent experience with Lunar Pages tech support.

Lunar Pages offers great customer support which is so important for an Internet Provider.

My web site was suspended due to a malware problem. My website is so integral to my daily business function and they provided me with cost effective and efficient solutions to get it back up and running again. If I have problems in the future I know I can count on them to be my remedy rather than waiting for technical support from someone else.
