I think once you understand it, it's easy, but it's not the simplest product or dashboard to work within and learn.

I am not a fan of their customer support. I also hate how they force you to login to webmail through the dashboard. These are two massive areas they could improve in. They could also offer web tutorials for users who need more time to familiarize themselves.
