I'm a newbie, but so far the tech support is excellent (had a great, verby helpful chat with their Gan C... shout out!). Easy to understand pricing structure, no hidden "after the promo period ends" prices. Email included, not an add-on. Familiar interface (at least for me, having worked in the cPanel world before).

I've not found any yet. I'll update this if needed though.

I had horrible tech support at my previous hosting provider, even during periods of serious network issues (example: my email was completely offline for 5 days, for Pete's sake!).

Quick Customer Support and Reliability.

I appreciate that HostArmada has live support 24 hours a day. No matter what time I'm working, if I have a quick question, someone is there to help me, and they are kind enough to wait until the issue is resolved. I also had a recent issue with emails, and they were the most helpful in getting them resolved. When I first started with them, I was unfamiliar with a lot of the processes, and they went over and beyond to help me, which I loved. The fact that there was a live person to assist pushed me straight to them, especially because I am not that well-versed in switching over. Being able to reach them anytime is what matters most to me.

Pricing. When I renew I will have a decision to make. It's not that they're not worth it, but when I signed up I didn't pay close attention to renewals. If they could put the renewals front and center first, so It's not a shock at checkout. Have more explanation of why the charges are what they are.

I find HostArmada's 24-hour live support invaluable; they're always available and resolve issues promptly. They were incredibly helpful when I had email problems and when I was learning the ropes at the start.

There is simply no other hosting company on the market with a support team like HostArmada. Their support is not just fast, it's incredibly responsive, genuinely helpful, and consistently kind. Shared hostings have their limits that cause issues. Hopefully future brings better shared hostings.

SSL certificates are not automatically installed; they must be installed manually.

SSH connection: Previous providers didn't offer SSH connectivity, and when requested, it incurred a fee.
