For a realtor, I would say that homeopenly.com provides a really nice tool to keep an eye out for the people. The feature of real-time updates has to be the best in my opinion.

I don't really like the interface and the fact that there are already many pre-existing bugs in the application. I've appreciated that they've started working on removing them as soon as possilbe.

Do try it out, I think with your help, they can actually make this project so much better!

The thing from which I benefited the most has to be the ease through which I'm able to track offers and current market trends. This undoubtedly stands well above all other points in my opinion.

I don't know anything about them other than the disparaging remarks they make about their competators.

I doubt everything homeopenly says about Ideal Agent and other discount advertisers. I am not an Ideal Agent agent nor am I associated with them in any way. I have been a Realtor since 1996 and if Ideal Agent or any of the other agencies they disparage were as illegitimate as they say I am quite sure the Federal government as well as the Minnesota Department of Commerce where I am responsible to as a Realtor would have stopped them as soon as they became aware of it. I am now thinking that this web site is written by a conglomerate of colluding higher priced agencies that have trouble completing, of which I am no part of. Sounds like they are sore loosers.
