Expensive and client List issues
What do you like best about HomeActions?
Articles you can add either manual or automatic, Banner Adds, Call to Action Adds.
What do you dislike about HomeActions?
Customer service is sub-par and run by a person with only a High School education who has had no other job experience yet is made Director handle complaints or personal issues. She will do anything to protect her employees even if it means causing the customer more problems, a trait of a High School Bully and Kid. She works more for her friends than the person paying her check.
Recommendations to others considering HomeActions?
What problems is HomeActions solving and how is that benefiting you?
After she uploads your first customer email list and has you signed up, she makes your next list very difficult as you must answer questions like...Where did the email leads come from, How Old are they? She will also want to see an example of your marketing and if the lead gave email permission. None of upper management seems to care and please look at sites like YouTube and such to see their declining numbers since she started there.

Horrible experience, poor customer service, hard to do business with
What do you like best about HomeActions?
so far, nothing at all, their system has issues, they treat you like they are doing you a big favor, they sell you a lot of capability but them make it nearly impossible to actually use it
What do you dislike about HomeActions?
so far it has all been really bad, they will ask you where each of you contacts come from, every time you try to update your database they request a meeting before that can be done, absolute ridiculous
What problems is HomeActions solving and how is that benefiting you?
the idea was to use them to manage my newsletter and leverage their contact and platform, so far it has been a nightmare and I feel I spend more time explaining myself to them than managing my campaigns.
