For jobs interviews, i thinking, that Hirevire solutions is perfect because filters our jobs candidates.

The ease of how to create jobs, configuring the layout/page content. Mostly the ability for interviewees to be able to upload video/audio/files/text.

With our business starting to be involved in recruitment strategies for our clients, we decided to trial HireVire along with a few other systems. The simplicity of the dashboard and ease of setting up the job for candidates to reply to is excellent.

Each question can be broken down into its own video, can easily sort into shortlist and reject, and send links of the candidate to others. Being able to leave your own video introduction to prospective candidates is a bonus.

Our domain name wasn't being accepted but emailed Sanat after our onboarding (which I would recommend too) and was rapidly resolved. I would definitely recommend.

The only additional feature that I would like to see is the option to have password protection on some job posts as we sometimes use the platform for only the shortlisted candidates and don't want others to access the posting who have not been shortlisted.

We are a people first business so understanding the individual who is applying for the role is critical for us. Hirevire allows the candidate to demonstrate who they are and what they want from the role in a safe environment without the pressure of being within a live interview. This also allows us to get a strong sense of whether the individual is likely to be the right person for the role and to bring forward to final interview.

HireVire allows you to screen through "lazy" applicants as it is an extra step in the application process. This extra step enabled us to only see applicants with really high intent + a willingness to take action.

We didn't have to waste time and mess around with scheduling initial Zoom calls for every applicant. We structured our questions in a way that allowed us to immediately get a sense of an applicants level of knowledge.

I wish it had a built-in CRM that would collect every applicants email, phone number, and resume so we could contact them about future job opportunities when they arise.

It helps our business sort through applicants faster and save time during our hiring process. We end up with higher intent and more engaged applicants.
