What do you like best about HireHop?

We moved away from our old software as it was just not right. Tried loads of others and HireHop just ticked all the boxes. It's easy to use, the most powerful of all the ones we tried, in the cloud and it's not expensive. It did far more than the rest we tried and not just by a little bit, but by a long way.

What do you dislike about HireHop?

Recommendations to others considering HireHop?

Also, everything HireHop does, it does well with what seems to be lots of thought gone into everything, whereas the other softwares we tried, it seemed they added a feature with basic and useless functionality just so that they could say that they had "that feature".

I have had an issue with has been quickly resolved by one of the team I changed over to HireHop as it was the way forward!

What do you like best about HireHop?

I was so surprised how easy this system is to use and how much time it’s saved me booking in and out kit not to mention flagging up missing items when booked back in.

What do you dislike about HireHop?

Nothing springs to mind but I’ll let them know if it does.

The best by a long way

Tried other products, this was the best by far, and the cheapest!
It has more features than the rest, works on all computers, phones and iPads, has free updates & free support, is in the cloud so no need to install, can be used anywhere, is so much more powerful than the rest, is faster than the rest, easy to use, etc.
To be honest, Hire Hop was so far ahead in terms of features, ease of use, etc. it wasn't really a competition, our comparison was like Usain Bolt (Hire Hop) v a bunch of school kids in a race, the rest were left so far behind.
Best decision we made.

What do you like best about HireHop?

inexpensive and easy to use, user friendly. no need to install, web based. nice smooth interface. it makes it a lot easier for small businesses to track inventory etc. free IT support. there is a free version to use as well.

What do you dislike about HireHop?

i really can't think of anything i s do not like about this product!

What problems is HireHop solving and how is that benefiting you?

very ease to use. integration with other software/emails is awesome. i noticed it starts off very simple and you can go into depth with your use as you go. depends on business need/requirements.
