Communication.......they are great at helping even with the simplest of issues.
I can not say that there is anything I don't like. It seems to be very beneficial.
Give it a try. I am sure you won't be disappointed.
I have completed assessments so far but have looked around at the other features.
The best thing about Hirebook is that it brings you the most of productivity and employee engagement in an easy way. I can surely say that it definitely simplifies the daily routine of your work and allows you to manage all the tasks and meetings with the help of a convenient UI inside of the tool. With Hirebook I can see what leads to a better result and productivity on a daily basis!
I haven't found any downsides. The only thing is that I wish I could use it before, things would be easier for me for sure!
Now all the tasks and solutions I need are in one place, where I can easily manage them. Moreover, I can always get in touch with my teammates and be up-to-date.

I've realized that my team is more willing to talk about their needs through Hirebook. This allows me to be better prepared for our weekly follow ups.
With Hirebook, I have a perfect tool to conduct health check with my team and keep my ear to the ground.
Sometimes I can notice some very minor interface issues.
My main problem is the lack of time for frequent in-person meetings with my team and Hirebook helps me to monitor my teammates mood and motivation and to stay aware about any problems in team.
Also, it's very beneficial for me to set up the OKR for each team member, check his/her progress and assist him or her to increase the hard and soft skills.
The best part of using HireBook is the ability to track and communicate with your peers in order to reach a common goal. The transparency it provides with the options to group team members is paramount in keeping goals organized and implementing follow through effectively.
There isn't really anything about the program that I do not like. The only suggestion I had provided to the team has already been implemented! Very professional!
The issue of keeping a pulse check with a large team, yet on an individual basis, so every team member realizes their opinions and their attitude matters. It has really cut down on email communications, leading to increased productivity.
The focused functionality. In general, platforms in this space can be overly bloated with complex, disconnected parts that end up taking more time away from organizations than genuinely providing value. Hirebook is clearly hyper-focused on actual day-to-day usage of OKRs, which makes my team's life a lot easier than when we were on an alternative.
There can be some long page hanging times, but we have our environment fairly loaded up. Outside of that, there were a couple authentication issues when we signed up - but their team helped us sort them out.
Organization & cascading our business strategy. The benefits are what you would hope from such a system - way higher alignment & engagement across our teams, and less time spent on wasted cycles.

Hirebook is a user-friendly platform that is centered on the client. It has helped me and the company I work for to better our teams (through the check-ins, the meetings functionalities, such as the agenda and tasks) and a clearer view of the company's OKRs. It also helps us track the KPIs and OKRs to identify red flags on time for us to take action with the different teams.
Personally, I like the check-in feature because it has helped me communicate with my supervisor and with my team. This feature helps me zoom out my week and also understand which are my team members' concerns and how I can help them.
The meetings functionality helps me have a clear agenda for the recurrent meetings and track which tasks are completed, which are still pending and comment on important things in order to remember for next meetings.
So far, I haven't disliked Hirebook, and I feel that they usually help each client to get the most out of it by creating additional features if necessary. Since it is very user-friendly I feel that the set-up has been a seamless process.
