HipLink is for every situation
What do you like best about Hiplink?
We use HipLink along with their CAD integration for automated notifications to all our first responders and affiliated agencies such as schools and MCOT. Since we began using it several years ago, we realized the value of it. It is a product we could not do without, and we are continually finding new ways to further use this robust system.
What do you dislike about Hiplink?
There isn't a downside to using the system. You can purchase one module to begin and allow it to grow as your needs are identified. I caution anyone who asks me "build it and they will come"
What problems is Hiplink solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic notification, so the dispatchers can stay on emergency phone calls and not have to put their callers on hold to make notifications.

Hiplink mass notification woks great.
What do you like best about Hiplink?
We find the interoperability with our CAD system to be the best part of Hiplink. Auto pages are setup to alert groups that need to be alerted when incidents happen. Being able to manually page is also great. Using SNPP from our various Cell providers gives us peace-of-mind that those pages are going out and being received by the end-user.
What do you dislike about Hiplink?
Not a whole lot we do not like about HipLink.
What problems is Hiplink solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be able to use HipLink to contact our Fire, Police, and EMS about important events happeing in the Counties we service.

What do you like best about Hiplink?
Easy to get started. Any questions I had with setup, were answered with a phone call from support within 1 hour of submitting the request via email. We use this system daily for ease of notifications sent through our CAD system, typically over 300 per day.
What do you dislike about Hiplink?
I really cant think of anything I dislike about this system

Hiplink is awesome!
What do you like best about Hiplink?
Customer service and technical support at Hiplink is top notch. I work with a lot of vendors on various technical projects and the Hiplink team is above and beyond helpful. We are an office of about 200 employees that communicate with about another 1,000 affiliates of our organization. We were using Pagegate and it was not near the quality of Hiplink. We use this everyday for emergency responders and it just works.
What do you dislike about Hiplink?
It did take several weeks of back and forth emails for me to fully understand how I wanted to customize and set up hiplink for our organization. Hiplink was helpful every step of the way, it just took some time for me to figure it out and work with our IT staff to implement it. Once it was set up it was very easy to use.
What problems is Hiplink solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Pagegate and it is difficult to set up and use. We use Hiplink for paging Fire and EMS through our radio operated paging system as well as sending notifications to applications, text messages and emails for a variety of emergency services.

What do you like best about Hiplink?
HipLink is user friendly, customer support has been amazing, implementation and integration were easy. We use hiplink multiple times a day stand-alone and the integration with our CAD system. There are so many features with this product that I am sure you will find a way for it to benefit your orginazation.
What do you dislike about Hiplink?
I have not found anything that I dislike about this product.
What problems is Hiplink solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we have major incident that involves sending out text messages our CAD system does it for us.

always works and never goes down, the perception of paging is key
What do you like best about Hiplink?
hiplink always works, and its hybrid infrasture and multi cloud backend infra, working seemlessly with multi vendor (sprint/verizon/att), it has a hiplink mobile piece where you can have a india/japan/singapore/malaysia team got paged with just internet. The best is the hiplink is able to resolve the perception of paging. AKA, a paging have worked and he/she is going to call me back.. it actually see a person read the message and decide not to respond. the actual deliveray of the message and actions are the eky.. perception of pages/sms has gone out is the only 1st step. You can always work with hiplink to purchase paging credits if needed and there is a larger pool of paging credits and hence drive down the cost..
What do you dislike about Hiplink?
if possible, we would like to to integrate with workday and hence take all the mobile number from workday and instead we have to reinser them again in hiplink, also, we dont have to keep up removing people and add people.
What problems is Hiplink solving and how is that benefiting you?
solve the problem that we actually paged people and they are reeiving the message and we can see if they are willing to call back..it helps us to resolve downtime.
