Previously, our company utilized grethr, which unfortunately proved to be incompatible with our fingerprint scanner. Consequently, we required a solution that could address our biometric authentication challenges while also offering a Password Manager and Identity and Access Management system for our employees. Fortunately, these issues were resolved by DigitalPersona. We are extremely satisfied with this tool as it provides all these features at a more affordable cost compared to other alternatives.

Sometimes the fingerprint readers are picky. If there is too much oil on your finger or not enough it has a hard time reading.
