How it intergrates with all our tools and its ease to use for Admins and employees.
It would be great if it had its own intranet, we use Notion which is cheap but woul dbe perfect if it had this feature.
It fully automates our pre-onboarding and first week onboarding while keeping everything in one place.
Bob allows me to customize everything in the system so that I can ensure my HRIS meets the needs of my team and organization! I reviewed 3 other HRIS and Bob outdid all of them!
I wish that the mobile app allowed you to do additional things that you can do on the desktop version. This is simply something that would be nice to have added but by no means am I disssatisfied with the systems capabilities.
Bob is streamlining all of our HR needs. Having a source of trouth for everything that we need! Being able to access one system to find information about employees (current or former). Eliminating all the spreadsheets we previously had.
It helps me communicate with different teams and makes it easier for us to execute processes as a rapidly growing organization
In addition, our managers have been very engaged since we implemented Bob (a year ago). They are part of the process and get access to critical information.
In my opinion, e-sign capabilities and reports should be made more customizable.
Scheduled reports and automated flows. It frees me up from having to manually send tasks and emails to new hires and teams.
Mostly easy to use. Full service platform.
It can be a little over complicated at times.
Onboarding and performance management processes have become more streamlined.
The UI is excellent and easy to use even for those who are not so tech savy. The reporting function is excellent and saves me a lot of time having to manually pull these monthly. The integration with teams makes it easy to see who is in and out with a few clicks also.
No expenses option & the docusign integration we were sold has never worked
It is by far the best HR software we have used & is perfect for small - mid sized businesses
the clock in & out enables us to see how people are utilising flexitime, the monthly absence report is no longer done on a spreadsheet and performance is easier to track
Hibob provides a great end user experience to for our employees - where ever they are in the world. It's customizable, intuitive, and straightforward for both employees and our HR team to use.
Hardly anything if I am honest, the compensation module does feel a little busy and 'noisy' in my opinion.
Hibob is helping us deliver a globally friendly HRIS experience to our staff, gain user engagement , pull tangible HR metrics and connect better via the Org Chart feature.
What i like most about Hibob is that it incorporates all of the essentials & must have for an HRIS system. Not only can you track performance, send surveys, and monitor time off, you can engage with your team using message board posts.
The only thing I wish Hibob could do was add a feature where every message posted (Shoutout or Kudos) could be kept in a repository of "intranet" for easy access. Right now, you really have to search for previous messages which can be time consuming and inificient.
Performance management is by far the most effective. In addition to that, Hibob acts as a hub for all of our critical business documents (guidelines, processes, contracts & more).
The user interface is super friendly, you can very easily navigate around the system without the need for training. It is one of the systems that you just like using, unlike others sometimes dated or hard to navigate platforms.
The Support Team is very responsive and I never had to wait longer than a few hours (sometimes minutes) for my query to be answered and it was never anything urgent.
People really like using it as it integrates nicely with the existing tools that we are using and the shoutouts are great for motivation.
There is so much more to Bob than the extend I am using the system to and I am looking forward to exploring more!
Everyone is very supportive and I had a great experience from Sales to ongoing CS management, where the team listens to our needs and acts on what we need to make sure we are utilising the system in the way that suits us best. Thanks Harry & the team.
There are some limitations to how 'Tasks' can be scheduled and this means that you might have to find some work-arounds for this.
I wish there was an option to speak to someone in support over the phone rather than just via chat/email but for anything major you can reach out to CS.

-It would be amazing if you could use it to send a letter of offer, it is a little clunky to do that through esign.
-It would also be great if permission access could be broken down a little further. For example, giving a manager access to one template not all.
- it would be great if you could create tasks that aren't associated with a task list. For example I would like to add annual policy reviews, I would also like to add tasks to check some of the documents are still current.
It is already time saving, we had a lot of difficulties getting employees to engage in our old HR software, this has been fantastic
