What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?We started with Bob for core HR admin a couple of years ago, while using separate tools for performance, development and training. Last year we decided to drop those tools and bring everything into Bob. We now use the full suite, including Bob, Talent and Compensation, and having it all in one place has made life much easier for our HR team and our managers.What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?Recommendations to others considering HiBob HRIS?The performance module has improved a lot. Review cycles run much more smoothly, and the AI assistant is a great help when writing reviews: instead of starting from scratch, it builds on everything already in Bob, such as 1:1 notes, previous reviews and feedback. The reporting is strong, and the 9-box is easy to set up and genuinely useful at different levels of the organisation. Combined with the job architecture, it gives us a complete picture, and because it’s all connected to the development module, feedback flows naturally into development planning. The AI assistant has also made writing development plans far easier than before.What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?The number of integrations; the speed of sync into payroll and the friendly user interface. It reduces time, duplication and provides instant payroll results. The user interface is modern, sleek and forward thinking.What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?Some of the inconsistencies around what data can come from core into payroll; further development around these area's, i.e. pension rates would be awesome. Help centre articles go out of date quickly too.What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?It allows pay processing to be on a reduced time. Having a source of truth reduces duplication and errors. Downstream activities such as bacs processing, RTI submissions etc enhance a payroll offering. What was separate jobs can now be done via one single process.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?What I like most about HiBob is how intuitive and easy it is to use, both for HR teams and for employees and managers. It brings a lot of different HR processes into one place without making the experience feel complicated.What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?Recommendations to others considering HiBob HRIS?We also use a lot of automations, which makes many of our day-to-day HR processes much easier and more efficient. I also like that Bob feels modern and employee-friendly, rather than just being a system for HR administration.What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?The main area I would like to see improved is the attendance module. While time-off and absence management work well for us, the attendance functionality is currently less flexible and doesn’t fully meet our needs.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?I like how easy it is to be self sufficient and make changes to the system to accommodate requests from the business. We didn't have to hire someone with a lot of knowledge of Bob to be able to support the backend. Implementation is pretty straightforward and the team supporting us was motivated to ensure our success.What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?Recommendations to others considering HiBob HRIS?Customer service is great. The ticketing system helps with tracking and follow-up and makes it easy to put in enhancement requests.What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?We're also looking for more flexibility in translations, not just at the field level but with folders, flows and alerts.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?It’s super intuitive to use, and the UX makes it easy to find what you need and take action quickly. What I like most is how easy the People directory is to use: you can sort and categorize people, and even create different reports based on their profile information. A big part of that comes from the column picker feature, which ties everything together nicely.What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?A few times, its reported performance has been a bit poor. When I’m creating reports, it’s sometimes hard to pull everything together, and when I contact support, the solutions they describe can be quite complex. At that point, I sometimes just stop trying to create the report.What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?As the team’s talent partner, I really like its Ashby ATS integration. It’s been very helpful because it automates some of the manual processes and saves a lot of time. More generally, I think it also helps us keep all employee-related information in one place for compliance, and it makes managing a remote workforce much easier.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?I really like how the user experience in HiBob - it is intuitive and clean. Every employee has been able to navigate it easily from day one with very little training, which is great. It's a truly global system now, and having all of our people data in one place means our leadership team can make global data-driven decisions with confidence. Managers have everything they need all in one place, performance reviews, leave approvals, global org chart and that makes everyday HR tasks quick and simple for everyone. It’s become central to how we connect and manage our teams worldwide, which is quite valuable to us.What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?Nothing that I dislike, I love the platform but in hindsight, I may not have committed to some of the additional modules upfront.What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?HiBob HRIS unifies our HR processes globally, simplifying HR tasks like performance reviews and leave approvals. The intuitive interface allows easy navigation with minimal training, centralizing our people data for confident decision-making and effective team management worldwide.

This saves time for administration compared with doing everything manually.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?I find HiBob HRIS incredibly valuable because of its automation features, which save time and enhance efficiency significantly. I also appreciate the dashboards and reporting functionalities, as they provide detailed insights and help in better data analysis. The AI capabilities being added to HiBob HRIS are very exciting and promise to be extremely useful for analysis tasks and general overall streamlining of daily tasks. Another aspect I like is the comprehensive support I received during the setup of any new modules and any software support questions I have. Additionally, HiBob HRIS integrates seamlessly with tools like Google Calendar, Slack, and Workable, making it versatile and adaptable to our needs.What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?I wish HiBob HRIS had a rota function so that our retail team could use it for time off and rota planning.What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?I find HiBob HRIS provides automation that saves time and increases efficiency. Its dashboards, reporting functionalities, and new AI capabilities are incredibly useful for analysis and managing a growing team. The task feature and eSign capabilities help make it a one-stop-shop for all our HR processes.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?It is user friendly, develops all the time and is not stagnantWhat do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?The permission side is a complex one that easily is not able to find what permissions nees to be allowed to be alble to perfomr xyz actions.What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?All of it - from incorrect reports to not able to find the data

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?What I’ve found most helpful is being able to manage the full employee lifecycle under one roof. I also appreciate the interactive elements and the ability to build smooth, streamlined HR processes.What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?There is a disconnect between some of the modules, which creates issues when trying to keep data consistent across them. A specific example is Workforce planning and the Employee profile: when updating information, there is an extra step required to go into both modules and make sure the information matches.What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?It has been helping streamline our processes by providing an efficient system that supports the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding through performance management and learning, and finally offboarding.
