Our company uses HH2 for timesheets and as a sync client between RedTeam Flex and Sage 300.

For the timesheet component, the system is very easy to use and doesn't required additional training for a new user other than showing them where to find the coding. From there, they can easily go in and enter their hours throughout the week as needed. Our field teams use the system and it is easy to navigate between multiple timesheets if you are overseeing multiple employees.

Love the ease to use cloud based platform

It uses cloud so I can access it in various locations and irrespective of devices. This is extremely useful when I want to use it outside of office.

I mainly faced technical issues and glitches and had a hard time with customer care team in resolving them.

i use it to manage invocies, Purchase orders, equipment and field reports.

It can be challenging to set up on new jobs, but once cost codes open its easy

This software assigns all work hours to only available codes by user and trade, helps manage cost

I have not been able to use the product I purchased.

I purchased HH2 Payroll and Field Reports with the understanding that it would integrate with my accounting software. Throughout the sales process, I repeatedly emphasized that direct integration was my primary focus. At no point was I informed that HH2 does not support QuickBooks Desktop. Given that our company was initially planning to transition to Sage, HH2 was recommended to us by our hosting provider. However, during the final implementation phase, we discovered that Sage lacked a critical functionality we needed, making it unusable for our business.

This left us relying on our existing QuickBooks Desktop setup—only to then learn that HH2 does not integrate with QuickBooks Desktop at all. Had this been disclosed during the sales process, we would not have proceeded with the purchase.
