Great automation tool for connecting people in the recruiting process. We used it internally to to help with alerting different parts of the organization during the hiring of an employee.

Still needs to work out some things, the templates could use some input from users for different use cases - i.e. hiring vs. marketing etc. both have different needs and different customization needs.

Connected internal dots along with minimized the manual interaction with the candidates that the recruiter needed to make.

The entire Herefish team is really responsive and always willing lend a hand whenever we have any questions, comments, or concerns about their product. The software itself is easy to use and extremely powerful in helping us streamline our workflows.

There are additional features that we would like to add to their products but the core product is exemplary.

If you are at all dissatisfied with your current provider for marketing automation and campaign management, check out Herefish. Their product and their team are both incredible.

We have been able to automate the lead distribution model, freeing up several man-hours per day for other marketing oriented activities.

I really appreciate how easy it is to build data update automations and set up simple email outreach campaigns. The support team is great—they’re always committed to resolving issues as quickly as possible. We’ve set up a lot of notifications, which the system handles very well, and we also use multiple data update and copy automations. Once everything is set up, it’s mainly about monitoring the automations to ensure there are no issues. I was also impressed with how smooth the implementation process was. The implementation specialists are highly knowledgeable, having worked with the platform themselves before taking on this role.

This is NOT a marketing automation platform. You can only do the most basic tasks which I think is what it was meant for. I would NOT recomend doing multiple drip campaigns through here as there is no easy way to suppress candidates/clients. There are multiple issues with this platform due to the enhancements that are being made. They do get fixed, but be prepared to wait 1-6 months for them to be fixed. The support team is good but the engineers are slow.

The dashboard for placements, submissions, etc is not accurate as we send emails to help support the funnel after a placement.
