we need more audit tracking or user tracking in order to know whom is doing what. This would help management to provide proper training to the employees who need it most.

It's solved the earth moving tracking issue we were experiencing. Now every foreman can enter their soil moving loads with tonnage and tickets number. This facilitates our monthly and progressive billing.

We use several HCSS products. Across the board, all of the products do exactly what we need! The support staff at HCSS is unmatched, if you have a problem or need help, they always pick up the phone. They listen to their users and implement new features regulary. Their programs are powerful, yet easy to use. When it comes to implementing their softwares, they are there with you until you are set up. We use HCSS products every day throughout our organization! HCSS products have integrated well with the other softwares we use.

I really have no dislikes for HCSS products.

We have increased our efficiency with every product we use! Bidding is simple and easy with Heavy Bid and all Estimators use same crews & resources. Time sheets and project reporting is paperless now with Heavy Job and gets submitted daily for PM review. Fueling and equipment repairs/maintenance with E360 and Fueler Plus can be prioritized across 4 mechanics and multiple job sites. We are definitely doing more record keeping using less time and all that data will be useful for tracking and will make us even more efficient.
