GymMaster is very simple to use and doesn’t overcomplicate anything. The AI features work well, and overall the experience feels straightforward and easy to navigate. I feel like it is worth the money. its fast and efficient. Customer support is quick to respond when i have any questions. When you connect gymmaster with the staff app, it blends together nicely.

When someone purchases a membership online, it doesn’t allow me to edit their information.

It allows us, as employees, to easily find people who have visited the gym before.

Allows mass communication with members. Tracks useful data. Customer support is quite good.

Not always as intuitive as I would like. Basic daily functions require fairly extensive knowlege of the system to accomplish.

Everything is very easy to figure out and when I can't the support staff is fantastic and always is able to help me.

They setr up of the door master :D but eventually once everything was done it was all good.

Whenever I need help with anything they help solve it, other then that the tohings that I need help with are very simple.

It is an easy system to use for myself as an Operations Manager for our business to better thrive and grow. It is also easy for my younger less experienced staff to solve an issue on their own.
