Exceptional User-Friendly Chat Solution with Room for AI Improvement
What do you like best about Gubagoo?
I find Gubagoo very easy to use and intuitive. It's simple, allowing us to quickly access and manage website chats without complications. I like that it provides basic handle responses with common phrases, such as introducing ourselves, and makes it easy to look back at conversation history. The reporting features are straightforward and easy to understand. It's not overly complex, which is great because I don't think a website chat tool needs to be. Additionally, the setup was extremely easy, with only basic information like name and email required, most of it already being set up by Gubagoo. It's the most intuitive platform we've used, fitting our company's needs best. I appreciate that it's user-friendly, which is exactly what we need in a busy call center.
What do you dislike about Gubagoo?
There are some areas of the managed chat, which is via an AI tool, that just aren't accurate. When speaking with the customer, we've seen some service questions be responded to as if they were sales questions. For example, a customer needing to service a 2018 Camry sometimes is mistaken for a customer shopping for a 2018 Camry. In those instances, it could be a little embarrassing because it's put on to the customer as if it's a human, and it makes us look a little silly back at the dealership.
What problems is Gubagoo solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gubagoo manages chat when human agents are unavailable, answers basic customer questions, and captures conversations for follow-up during business hours.

What do you like best about Gubagoo?
That fact that the live chat was manned by a real person 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. And customer could have the ability to talk to a real person.

The advisors have limited knowledge of our business. So tend to just take messages.

What do you like best about Gubagoo?
The ability to truly understand the customer, this is because the chats are handled by humans, this does make a difference, it's not perfect but that's a human condition, that makes us human.
What do you dislike about Gubagoo?
It's difficult to set very specific processes or lines, because most operators are not exclusive to your account and need to follow a specific process. But the ability that your sales reps can jump into the conversation in real time solves this.
Recommendations to others considering Gubagoo?
Bots may seem cheaper, but you still need human hours to filter, supervise. Also conversion is lower. So in the end is not a saving
What problems is Gubagoo solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers wants instant answers to their queries, and filling out forms it's not that attractive to them, they are not that willing to leave their personal info... So a live chat helped us to go around this problems and increase conversions from the website and also reduce the response time to the customer, this last thing translates to better sales conversion.

What do you like best about Gubagoo?
Gubabgoo is the chat provider for all the dealership account under Humberview Group. And so far we have never faced any challenges in terms of chat leads, support and integration.
What do you dislike about Gubagoo?
Since we have 19 stores under multiple brands, sometimes chats are transferred to incorrect store. This is mainly because of the customer location and device location.
What problems is Gubagoo solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive high quality chatleads from Gubagoo and one of the best advantage we get is that the leads are filtered by the Gubagoo team members before the sales team receive it.

What do you like best about Gubagoo?
One of the easiest chat platforms on the market. Gubagoo takes the 24/7 chat experience seriously. They're quick to respond and are able to carry a conversation.
What do you dislike about Gubagoo?
Sometimes we don't know who our rep is for some of our accounts so that makes it a little bit difficult when we encounter an issue.

They make acquiring leads for our company simple as they handle all incoming chats responding in seconds. it's great for that always there approach.

What do you like best about Gubagoo?
I like that Gubagoo helps to reach out to customers if any of our staff can't do it! The customer service rep is really great at responding to us and solving our issues! We seem to get chats everyday so it is a feature that helps us greatly.
What do you dislike about Gubagoo?
I dislike that sometimes when it comes to a simple question that can be answered our AI chatbot can't answer the question that would a simple question. We just need to have our staff watch it more to better understand the questions that are going on or train our AI a bit better to be able to answer the questions easier.
What problems is Gubagoo solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us respond to customers who inquire about a question they may have. We can add in our hours and which days we are closed so then the AI chatbot can handle any questions that would come in when we aren't staffed.

That it responded to all the information that was provided.

That it would ask the same question even when the customer gave an answer.
What problems is Gubagoo solving and how is that benefiting you?
It did not solve anything other than the customer felt they had reached someone at all times, until it started repeating itself asking the same question over and over.

The chat agent pop-up window can frustrate users visiting our website since it continues to pop up once dismissed. This behavior is detrimental; several users believe the agent is a bot instead of a real person.
