Very user friendly and makes communicating with members of our group simple and fast.

In the past, I've had issues with trying to locate contact information or getting responses from members for various questions. With GroupFire, all of our contact information is there in the app and properly distributed through the proper channels.

I like that I can figure out where I’m headed (generally to an event) without searching through e-mail

Nothing really. I did have to uninstall and reinstall once but that was minor.

Groupfire simplifies communication within a group. Event sign up is a fantastic feature. I love that I can do everything from my mobile device too.

To date, there is nothing I have found that I dislike about Groupfire.

I am part of a group that uses Groupfire.

I'm really impressed with GroupFire so far. It's a really slick platform for both internal communications and external member engagement, allowing organizations to message members on any channel (email, text, push notification, social media, etc.) from one central place. My favorite features is the ability to create group messages to ignite hyper personalized conversations, rather than just one to many mass-mailers.

So far, not a lot. The app occasionally crashes, but usually just needs a quick refresh. Overall I don't have any big complaints.

It's allowed us to get rid of a lot of tools and streamline communications via a single dashboard. It's also proved very useful in boosting event registration with the ability to message specific members or member groups on their preferred channels.
