The best and probably unique feature is that patients are able to book their appointments on their own. Ability to ask queries to the physicians through secure messaging is another very useful feature. Patients can access their dosage instructions, this feature helps in mitigating any kind of confusion that they may have with regard to their medications.

Can be a little intimidating to use in the beginning; however, one gets used to it with time. So, there is a bit of a learning curve initially after which it will be smooth to navigate.

It’s a great tool for accessing and reviewing your health records. The ability to communicate with your doctor and discuss through text message is a handy feature.

I have had the same doctor for 24 years. Usually one visit per year for a physical. This portal is NOT patient friendly. It doesn't even work with a smart phone. I am going to switch doctors if I am forced to use this pathetic excuse for technology.

I wouldn't say I like anything about greenway, from the look to the entire system.However, I do like that typing in Greenway is decent. I can type with no glithces.

I do not like that Greenway crashes every day. We integrated it with Canopy, and it takes a very long time for data from greenway to transfer to Canopy. The look of the app is highly outdated in design and efficiency. I will click a button and it takes a decent amount of time to load.

None that I know of because we have complained plenty of times about the crashing and nothing has changed. We are just constantly told that someone is working on it.
