What do you like best about GPS Insight?The user interface is very easy to use, and it’s quick and responsive. The devices and yearly cost are surprisingly affordable, and their support—both personal and AI—is incredible.What do you dislike about GPS Insight?Overall, it’s very easy and straightforward to use. That said, the website flow for checking vehicle history feels a bit more cumbersome than the old way.What problems is GPS Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?This speeds up finding technicians, and there’s no need to call them just to see where they are. When an emergency service call comes in, I can quickly find the closest tech with ease.

What do you like best about GPS Insight?We can track company vehicles in real time. We can track history. I can create landmarks.What do you dislike about GPS Insight?I don’t really dislike anything about the app. That said, it could be a bit more user-friendly when it comes to viewing and managing history.What problems is GPS Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?This solves the problem of tracking where my employees are. It also helps me track the exact times my installers are at job sites, which makes it easier to invoice customers accurately for our time. I can keep an eye on job locations so we don’t miss any billing. It’s also helpful for HR and employee reviews—for example, if I notice an employee taking extended lunches or using the company vehicle to travel far for lunch.

What do you like best about GPS Insight?I like being able to keep track of where the deliveries are and being able to notify customers ahead of time on how long until they receive their delivery. It's really easy to set up GPS Insight, which helps me solve finding far locations and providing time frames to customers. I rated it a 10 on how likely I am to recommend GPS Insight to a friend or colleague.What do you dislike about GPS Insight?A good improvement for GPS Insight would be being able to search different areas or towns instead of having to zoom in and out to find a location. This change would make it easier to determine which deliveries should be prioritized based on distance.What problems is GPS Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?I use GPS Insight to track delivery drivers, helping me find locations and provide accurate time frames to customers.

What do you like best about GPS Insight?The thing that most stands out is how easy it was to get our account set up, and our team trained to use GPS Insight. We have minimal downtime, the platform is very fast, allowing us to enter work orders quickly. The platforms layout is also a highlight, everything is easy to find, allowing users to be able to streamline tasks.What do you dislike about GPS Insight?We wish it could integrate with more CRM softwares. We tried integrating it with the software that we use, however we were not successful.What problems is GPS Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?The agility with which our team can create work orders and our technicians can complete them in the field has delivered a strong return on our investment in the software and reinforces our decision to continue using it long term.
