What do you like best about Google Workspace?Google meet is incredibly user-friendly and simple to use. The UI is basic and easy and you can create a meeting in only a few clicks. This allows you to easily exchange files, collaborate on papers, and keep track of meetings.What do you dislike about Google Workspace?Google Meet lacks several of the more complex capabilities found on other video conferencing systems, such as breakout rooms, polis and Q & A. The screen sharing quality in Google Meet might be variable at times. What do you like best about Google Workspace?The core Workspace experience is easy to use and set up for me. The web app, autosave, and calendar work well.What do you dislike about Google Workspace?The API is a disaster of trying to navigate and is the worst part about the suite, even with AI to help search for settings. It is NOT intuitive in the least. Gemini was VERY inaccurate and unreliable for me, and it rarely produced accurate summaries, didn’t reduce my writing time at all, and didn’t help me find context any faster. It also repeatedly screwed up my project.What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?Autosave, email and the calendar are solid for me, and overall the suite is easy to use and set up.

What do you like best about Google Workspace?I like that Google Workspace is fairly easy to use and set up, and content sharing works well. Charts/graphs and tables are solid. The AI helped me with analysing my dashboards in Data Studio, and the meetings summary works well and can be adjusted slightly based on missing context. It also somewhat helped with content writing.What do you dislike about Google Workspace?Addons and importing/exporting (including export) are a big weak spot for me. I’m also not very confident about how responsibly my data is handled by the AI, and the AI outputs aren’t always that accurate or easy to catch and correct. Finding and synthesizing information across Workspace was only somewhat faster because of missing context documents.What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?It helped me analyse dashboards in Data Studio, and meeting summaries were consistently useful (with slight adjustments for missing context). It somewhat reduced writing time for content writing.

Additionally, the integrated Gemini features significantly speed up my workflow by generating initial content drafts in Docs, composing emails in Gmail, and automatically summarizing long threads and meeting recaps.What do you dislike about Google Workspace?While the core tools are highly intuitive, managing granular administrative permissions across larger organization tiers can occasionally feel complex. Offline functionality for heavy files in Google Drive can also be somewhat limited compared to local desktop applications, requiring a stable internet connection for seamless syncing.What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?Google Workspace solves operational silos and friction in remote/hybrid team collaboration. Instead of emailing static file attachments back and forth, our team works simultaneously in unified documents with live comment tracking. The AI-powered features in Gemini eliminate manual administrative effort by summarizing lengthy threads and drafting copy, which saves hours of routine work every week and allows us to focus on higher-impact tasks.

What do you like best about Google Workspace?What I like most is that I can keep my work and personal stuff separate. What do you like best about Google Workspace?Workspace's intelligent email tools help me filter outreach that does not benefit me nor my company, and Gemini reminds me of emails that are "important" or that I may have saved in my drafts for too long. We exclusively use Google Meet because the transcript and notes contain the information we need to start our design process, and having Gemini take notes means I don't have to pause nor slow down to type/write responses. I also use Gemini for synonyms and alternative ways to make statements more concise or colorful, and I learn from it in that sense. I was also impressed when Gemini helped me find a Drive document I had sorted into the incorrect folder just by describing what I knew the file contained.What do you dislike about Google Workspace?This could be me just nitpicking to find a "flaw," but I am disappointed at how limited the themes are in their appearance. I'd expect more flexibility and options in scale, color combinations, and font. As a company that works in aesthetics, it would be somewhat regulating to log into Workspace and have it feel aligned with my brand beyond displaying the logo as the icon.What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?Gemini note-taking has cut my interview time down from 90 minutes to just 60, because I don't have to pause nor slow down to type/write responses. That frees up calendar time and creates opportunities for more clients to be serviced. It also helps keep communications from becoming a weakness by filtering unhelpful outreach and surfacing important emails, and it helped me quickly locate a misplaced Drive document using only a description.

What do you like best about Google Workspace?It’s easy to use, and it makes collaboration between different individuals straightforward. The AI helped me summarise information and communicate more professionally, and overall Gemini has been really great for my needs.
