What’s not to like? It’s really cheap and powerful. You get access to all the apps you could ever need, and it feels native to me because I’ve used Gmail all my life.

I’d like to see a few more AI features included in the lower-tier plan.

Gmail works well for email with clients and colleagues. Google Meet makes it simple to run video meetings that are easy to set up. Google Drive also functions as a single source of truth an easy-to-use place to store and access all company and client info.

In my experience, the storage space and security in Google Workspace are among its best features.

I don’t dislike anything about Google Workspace at all.

I really like using Google Sheets for accounting purposes and creating files with hundreds of tasks that we upload to our project management tool. Google Documents is great for writing standard operating procedures. Gmail and Google Chat are essential for communication within the team. Setting up new organization units and creating users with Google Workspace is very easy, and these tasks can be done seamlessly. Overall, the features in Google Workspace work well for me and my team.

Well, sometimes, Gemini can be rather… reactive. The notifications might be overwhelming at times, while the formatting is not always flawless, particularly with complex layouts.

Our problem is coordinating work on projects among remotely located teams. Centralized document management with instant updates helps avoid information silos and minimize communication delays. As a result, we save plenty of time on approving things and stay on the same page all the time. Specifically, this allows us to significantly reduce the time required to create client briefs.

Please give us different options for how to build things, so we can stay organized and keep the focus on the company’s stated priorities.

Sometimes it can be difficult to discover and use all the available options, but once you get used to it, it’s fine.

The controls for users, groups, and access are straightforward, which helps us get moving quickly.

I wish Google Workspace had more powerful features like Microsoft Excel, such as macros. It could also improve on handling larger files and have more advanced data analysis features.

I use Google Workspace for basically everything like email, calendar, and drive because I love having everything centralized. It's easy communication with colleagues that I find most valuable. The ubiquity of Google Workspace is what I like the most, and I found the initial setup to be easy.

I don't like how it automatically suggests Google Meet. I'd prefer removing it, since I always add Zoom.
