Sometimes the server is really slow depending on if someone else on the platform used the resources.

The initial setup was straightforward and pretty simple, and even though there were a few hiccups with integrating our email (Google with a custom domain), the support directions cleared it up quickly.

I think improved automation would make contacting support less frequent. Also, checks to make sure duplicate purchases don't happen.

They have limited server resources, like RAM, CPU, in the shared hosting. No free SSL, and a paid one is very costly. Renewal cost is very high than expectation.
