I used Go Cardless to collect Direct Debit payments. It is a very user-friendly package and the support staff are great, especially Kobiha Sriharan (very patient with me!). They help you immediately and don't leave you to battle on your own. Great service, great product, highly recommended.

I am a new customer to Gocardless and I'm very impressed with the level of customer support. Many online institutions have chatbots which take you round in circles when you just want a simple answer. Gocardless have real people responding to queries quickly and efficiently. I think it's important to know that you can get the help, when you need it.

So many software companies palm you off with answers that aren't accurate, GoCardless sort the issue first time without delay. It integrates fully with our accounting systems and is very easy to use :)

However Liam showed me a very clever, quick & easy work around that offered me the results i needed! Could not be happier Liam is a star! Someone should give this man a raise! 10/10 customer service!
I've been actively using GoCardless as my Payment Provider for a few weeks now and have been extremely happy with it so far.
Before that I used copecart.com for years, but because I have a lot of subscription payments as of this year and Copecart is much more focused on one-off payments and installments, I've decided to use GoCardless exclusively for my subscription product, as I've often read that GoCardless is much easier because that's what they most specialize in.
The GoCardless Dashboard is much clearer and more user-friendly than Copecart, for example, which is very cluttered.
In addition, the support is not only sometimes helpful, as with many other payment service providers, always helpful.
They even have their own contact person (in my case Ms. Alisiani), with whom I have been very happy. Thank you very much for the great support so far.
My special concerns have always been dealt with very quickly by Mr. Farooq (always within 24 hours) and my technical concerns have always been handled wonderfully by Dear Ahmed from the Operations Team.
The speed of processing and the constant willingness to help from the support, especially from Mr. Farooq and Mr. Ahmed from the operations team, are simply outstanding and are second to none.

As a new customer of GoCardless, I can't fault them. They are always happy to help & explain. They give you access to full training videos of their system, which is great. Very quick to get us up and running with this payment method.
