Transferring to GoCardless

We transferred over to GoCardless. What initially seemed like a complex process was made very straightforward by the support team, and Majid in particular. He was able to answer all of our questions and solve our concerns quickly and easily. The platform is easy to use and his help in transferring us was brilliant. Highly recommended.

Gocardless is a really good product with a great Customer Service. As things are changing we need to have a bit of patience and log our query and they come back really fast with good information to sort things out.

We are a New Zealand customer and have…

We are a New Zealand customer and have been with GoCardless since Sept 2022. Initially there was a little bit of back and forth to get set up but since then nothing but praises for this payment system. We use to use ANZ DD system but had to manually load the amounts to be paid each month. GoCardless does this for you and I estimate at least 4 hours per month time saving plus the benefit of not needing to chase these accounts up shows as an increased cashflow and lower debtor days.
