bank account data dept. is pretty neat

Bank account data (former nordigen.com acquired by gocardless) does a great job with issues, that, unfortunately, occur in bank connections zoo. Were literally pinging the support ticket in some interval while awaiting answer from bank authorities; something fixable on their side seems to be fixed in days.

I had over 120 happy customers

I had over 120 regular customers to transfer and it's been a fairly straightforward process. No fees for 90 days, which was a great incentive, plus we've picked up an extra 30 days free since then. I have learned how to set up bulk payment requests for tickets and merchandise and with new customers I can send them a link to join the appropriate monthly subscription directly, so it's becoming more automated.
