The problem Gmail Merge is solving is the security of the recipients of the email. Indeed you can send it to all via email, but the problem is everybody will see the email address on the email thread. The DATA of my clients are secured that's what Gmail Merge is solving.

The connection between gmail and churnzero has made all communications seemless as I contact my book of business. Having the ability to send mass emails through churnzero and receive responses through gmail has made the process easy.

I wish I could see who exactly has read my emails instead of seeing if the company as a whole has opened them. It would help cater my sends to a specific email contact.

I easily recieve notifications of churn score changes, email responses and profile updates all in one space. I no longer have to check multiple apps for notifications.

the most helpful when gmail and g suit is merged are its easy to have an access for the other applications like excell miscrosoft office and other application that used everyday here at work

for me i dont have any negative oppinion for the downside of merging since for me its was very helfull using the g suite all you need its already on the gmail and you dont need to make it download the other applcation

for me its helps me when i need to creat a menu since i can easily find the excell tools and no need to download the application and it easy now to collect some photo and create a drive.

Whenever I send an email, the tags are replaced with the most appropriate name for each recipient. Saves time, and you are secure that another recipient will not see the data of another recipient.

Nothing everything is on point. I want to point out to make a separate application, but thinking nah that's why it's called GMAIL merge. It will not make sense if different application.

More privacy and convenience. Privacy before being able to email a group of people, you CC everyone; in the end, everyone on the email, even outside the organization, will see the details of every recipient.
