You can add your expectations, industry options and role options. It is giving you also option to select worldwide work options and sending you daily notifications. I loved it.

We can increase the options on expected role and industry.

Software Support, technical support, customer service, tourism company would be appropriate for us. Also, for education, we can add worldwide universities.

It helps me find proper job applications. And helps me to surf easier between suitable offers for my expectations.

After moving to the UK, I used this to search for new potential positions. I like how easy the interface is to set up a profile and search for positions that match your interests and background. My current company also explored this tool as a potential way to recruit candidates.

I can't think of anything really. It's better than other job board-type sites that I've seen and used in the past. Perhaps the only thing is that is has less name recognition than some bigger job search sites, but that's not a fault.

It helps connect qualified job candidates with companies that are hiring and offers individualized support. My company explored adding this site to our recruitment tools and may still move ahead with it in the future. I have been a hiring manager for several roles in the UK so I have helped look into different recruitment options and this was one I suggested.

A User-friendly interface is a plus for GAGAGO. It is also highly engaging with its applicant users and asks them questions. It includes supporting materials inside and lots of opportunities.

Some job offers that exist on the website are not directly applicable. What I mean is that it directs you to the company's page. Moreover, it is highly focused on the people who graduated from UK not worldwide.

It is a good solution for those seeking employees or jobs in the UK. It allows you to apply, search and be aware of worldwide job conditions. Moreover, GAGAGO cares about diversity and more about matching the correct employees with the right companies.

The quality of candidates that Give A Grad A Go put forward to us was exceptional, we spent some time going over our requirements for the role and felt like everything we asked for was their top priority, they also didn't just put forward any graduate, they only selected the graduates that fit our criteria. We also found the graduates attitude and enthusiasm was amazing I'm not sure how they onboard graduates but their process is perfect.

Because Give A Grad A Go offer such a broad range of graduates in all fields I felt the the specialist knowledge for our industry wasn't always the best, however this is to be expected when dealing with a broader recruiter and even though the first hand knowledge wasn't always present they always strived to become more knowledgable when engaging with us.

I was a Techinal Lead for my old company and as I was building my team one of my key focus areas was recruiting graduates as I know from being a graduate myself breaking into the industry can be quite difficult if noone gives you a chance and that is something I wanted to change, so to find a recruiter that specialises in that area was incredible.

It gives you the choices of the areas you would like to work and I was able to find any work listed within the options. It does not force you to fill the gaps with unnecessary education dates.

You need to upload a CV anyway since it does not create one. It would be great if they direct us to create a CV too especially for the beginners. Also, sometimes the recommended jobs do not fit

I am able to see the available jobs in the UK and what are the annual salary rates. Also, it allows a non-citizen to find a sponsor company so start a new career.

I have been so impressed with the immediate help I received when applying for a Junior Designer role in London. Looking for my first job in London fresh out of University wasn't always the funnest thing. I often felt like I didn't know what I was doing wrong or right and was very much hapless in the face of this at times often daunting task. Randomly sending them my CV, I got a call from Sam Hickson, Team Lead at Give a Grad a Go, the very next day and he walked me through the entire application process of what turned out to be a great opportunity for a first job, one I probably would otherwise only have glanced over amidst a myriad of advertisements. Providing a lot of information and context and interview guidance, I really felt supported and genuinely cared for, which is a great personal touch in comparison to the many others, often very pushy recruiters I had been in contact before. Truly a great experience with this company!
