Simple but powerful tool if you're looking for refferals

What do you like best about Girafi?

I especially like to see how many new visitors land on your website through referrals and social media shares. We use Girafi on our blog to explain how LiveCall works with video and for aditional exposure with FB&Twitter shares. Girafi also helps us to track what has been said about your business. You are able to find each share in the dashboard.

What do you dislike about Girafi?

We note that from every 4th social media recommendation we got one new client.

Recommendations to others considering Girafi?

We don't have any real problems with Girafi. The product is still pretty new so I can't wait when they implement all the feature that they are working on.

What problems is Girafi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our customers very often ask as for a discount. With Girafi we are able to get something in return for giving away ex. 5% discount. It also increases automatic registrations and conversions from trial to paying customer. We have distributed 551 promo codes in 3 months.
