Gen.Video would be even stronger if they had more advanced analytics to measure the impact of their programs and their success.

Gen Video uniquely allows for tracking of conversions from 3rd party retailers through affiliate networks. It's simple enough to set-up and the client success team was responsive, friendly, and helpful. It's flexible to handle different products, creators, platforms, for any combination of content that we want to track.

The UI is pretty clean and modern in it's aesthetic, but sorta clunky to use. Sometimes you need a full screen with the browser to do certain things, sometimes there is featurs hidden under expand icons. It also a little hard to do what should be a quick task - like create a link with a creator for a product at a retailer. Lastly, my biggest critigue is that is hard to analyze the data that is returned. The data itself is pretty straightforward, but it's hard to cut the data by the variables that we are interested in. It is definitely lacking in flexibility to analyze and cut the data.

We simply use Gen Video to create trackable links for paid and organic social content when the links need to direct towards a third party retailer (e.g., Amazon), not D2C.

I really like the quick responses and KOL management from Gen.video. They always provide quick responses, efficiently address clear messages, and pass them to KOL in a timely manner. In terms of KOL deliverables management, their deliverables and approval management are also very efficient and professional.

What I dislike is probably the KOL sourcing. Initially, the KOL list they provided was quite far from what we expected based on our initial brief. And also some of the specified KOLs that we really want to work with. If he or she declines, I feel gen.video is hard to convince them to work with us. This probably needs a closer working relationship with top tier KOLs.

Gen.video have been helpful in managing complex contract and finance payment processes. Their KOL deliverables management is always professional and efficient. My experience collaborating with Gen.

Their customer support with onboarding was impeccable - team is super responsive. It is very simple to use and completely customizable. It fits all of our needs as an agency using the roster features to share with brands. It also allows us to create Opportunity lists to share talent recommendations to brands. And so much more! We use it every day!

No complaints! We were an early user, so there were some tech bugs in the beginning as they implemented more features, but they always got fixed fast.

Nothing to be honest, they did an amazing job, our influencer's posts didng't go viral and therefore our expected CPM was a big higher than expected, but that is not something you can control and we all know that you win and you lose in terms of CPM on a given camaping

What I love about Gen.Video is that they're more than just an agency that manages the influencer relationship and helps grow our customer base. They do everything in their power to ensure long term success, and they make it easy for you to reach your goals.

Nothing to dislke, but would ideally like to see a larger list of partners/influencers to select from.

Solidigm needed a way to reach out core audiences in the gaming and creator space. Being a new brand with a strong legacy with Intel, Solidigm's products sit within a crowded marketplace with products that are very comparable in terms of specs and pricing. We needed a way to build brand affinity in this space to influence buying preference in retail. So far, we've our video views have far exceeded expectations and we hope to continue building on the momentum of the program.

Our team have been working with Gen Video's team for over a year now. They are professional, analytical and proactive with every campaign they we brief them, no matter how big or small. The Gen.Video team has been amazing in helping bring to life our influencer campaigns and having well-established connections with many managers representing the creators we wanted to work with. In addition, I have been very impressed with their affiliate marketing and affiliable business expertise. They have helped us establish our first micro-influencer program to help with our affiliate business.

I haven't experienced anything with the gen.video team that I have disliked. They are easy to work with and are always very attentive to their clients.
