easy for people who want to start a bussines

This has been much easier than I expected (product set-up and connecting to my online shop). I'm really excited to see where this goes (additional sales).

My experience are being very good, the product is excelente, design pretty, support to consumers efficient, quality in service and take care of mark.

Once the Chat-Bot navigates you to a real support person those people are awesome. Very friendly and clever. I am really happy with talking to them when I face a problem the Bot can't solve.

Great costumer service

This company does an excellent job with printing cards, mugs and calendars. They connect into other platforms like Shopify. I was going to give up on providing greeting cards to my customers at art shows because of expense/profit. With Gelato I can continue providing this product, because the cost is half of a major printing company. I am still having a bit of trouble setting up the card designs in their program. I think this is a "ME" problem. I did have one set of mugs that the coloring was "off" on. They sent me a whole new order with beautiful color, no cost and done quickly.

I have used other Print on Demand platforms and Gelato has been the best overall. Easy to use plus the product and shipping is better than other platforms. I can only recommend Gelato from my experience.

To be honest, I created a test product (11x14 fine art print) and placed an order with Gelato and Printify. I place the order with the Printify on March 9th and the order with Gelato March 10th. I received the order from Gelato 3/18 (8 days after ordering) I received the order from Printify 3/24, (15 days after ordering).

Quality and cost comparison: As for quality, I have to say both POD vendors were equal. Both were beautiful prints with accurate color and detail, and quality of paper. As for cost, Printify charged, $25.21, and Gelato charged $14.19. Results is that Gelato prints are excellent, delivers faster and cost $11.02 less than Printify. I think I've found my new POD vendor.
