The serial number on the back is easy to come off which isn’t a dealbreaker just inconvenient at times.

The ease of use for the end user as well as on a management level for IT. If there is an issue their staff has been a great resource and makes things happen quickly. Integrated the cloud with Active Directory environment was very simple.

As of this date I cannot think of any downsides, having improved security is not a negative attribute.

With an era where long passwords and MFA included can increase the time loggin in as well as lockout timers etc. Gatekeeper has the ability to shorten this process while maintaining security.

The product works as intended. Once the server is setup, load software on the workstations and away you go. Very easy to login to pcs in exam rooms, open EHR charts, lock the computer, walk to another exam room and get logged right back in.

Occasionally we have to go in and update passwords for users. That's about my only complaint and it really isnt one.

Just so much less time is needed to log on pcs, then into our different EHR platforms, log out, walk to another room and boom, right back in.

Gatekeeper team come to Sanmina Penang around Feb 2025 and installed Gatekeeper software. There is no major issue happen. They able to solve the issue. They train Sanmina engineer very well.
