GanttPRO has been an exceptional tool for our project management needs. What I like best is how it handles complex project timelines; the visual charts are incredibly clean and easy to interpret at a quick glance. Updating task dependencies is seamless thanks to the intuitive drag-and-drop functionality, which has greatly improved our team's day-to-day organisation and overall operational speed. However, there is still some room for minor improvements. It would be great to be able to change the font size and text formatting directly on the final preview screen before exporting. Additionally, the current behaviour of the undo and redo buttons can be a little bit confusing during heavy editing sessions. Despite these minor formatting quirks, the platform remains highly reliable and efficient.

I had a very good experience using GanttPRO. It is one of the most user-friendly Gantt chart tools I have used so far. The design is very clean, simple, and easy to understand. Even as a student, I was able to quickly learn how to use it without any training.

Creating tasks, setting deadlines, and organizing my project work was very easy. The drag-and-drop feature helped me save time and manage tasks quickly. I also like how I can clearly see the timeline of my project and understand task dependencies. This helped me plan my university assignments better and complete them on time.

Honestly, the best part about GanttPRO is how it handles dependencies without making things over-complicated. In my day-to-day work, things shift constantly, and being able to drag one task and have the entire timeline adjust automatically is a huge lifesaver. It’s a lot more intuitive than fighting with a spreadsheet all day.

The biggest drawback for me is the mobile experience. While the desktop version is great, the mobile app feels a bit limited when I’m trying to make quick updates on the go or away from my desk.
