Many ways to do things, so sometimes it is quite complicated to find the most efficient way.

Great app to solve inventory problems, problems regarding what suppliers send and what the company receive, financial problems, etc.

Nothing. It was needlessly complicated and the workflows changed with every update. It is also more expensive than other softwares on the market that are web-based and aimed at small ecommerce businesses.

Fulfil.io was a disaster from the start. Our COO decided that we should “upgrade” to fulfil.io in late 2020. After having been told it’s really complicated/granular, we paid thousands of dollars for a professional service add-on to help with the migration. They did not set up the system right, and trained our employees wrong— after encountering problem after problem, we were told months after launch that the workflow we were given while onboarding was not correct and therefore we’d been using the software wrong the whole time. There were also several instances when an update was pushed without warning, it caused severe problems, and there was no way to check the changes. Our employees constantly had to change their workflows due to software updates, so they could never be confident they were using the product as intended. Our accountants were deeply unhappy with the reporting, and had to spend extra hours every month doing manual calculations because Fulfil didn’t have the right information presented in a standard way. We finally migrated to a new platform and there have been a few bumps (as with every migration) but we are so happy— our employees are doing less work, becoming less frustrated, and we are saving tons of money because fulfil.io is much more expensive than better software out there.

Supposedly it allows for easy inventory accounting, but we never got to the point where we could trust the reports coming out. It did not benefit us at all. We spent thousands on software that made our lives more difficult.

I like how it is online and you can bring work anywhere.
