What do you like best about Fujitsu IaaS?

The most helpful thing about Fujitsu IAAS is the ease with which virtual machines can be set up. They mostly have a predictable performance and, with respect to other competitors in the market, high rate of stability and scalability

customer service is something that can be improved upon as compared to its competitors with more famous brand names

What problems is Fujitsu IaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We mostly use Fujitsu IAAS for setting up infrastructure in the form of virtual machines or servers to perform various tasks such as automation of a few processes and it has certainly helped us bring our performance to a high level.

What do you like best about Fujitsu IaaS?

It helps us improve our flexibility and coordination in our business in terms of changing the environment in many aspects. Fujitsu's data centers provide solid reliability, speed and greater uptime that leads them to be one of the best cloud services providers internationally.

The self service dashboard is considered to be a user friendly and easy to use.

There's a bit of a delay in response when raising a case/ticket.

Fujitsu provides a great service in terms of their data centers which gives us confidence that we are in a right provider. Fujitsu offers an economical service which we really enjoy.

.Migration is quite easy transforming the on premises components into the cloud with operational monitoring with an automation runbook intelligence mechanism to stop and restart the VM components to save the billing cost

Latency perspective i faced some issues while transmitting the data to cloud and also from receving the responses also if this happens continuosuly sometimes i feel like there will be some space of application failovers and downtime

.It has it own inbuilt plugin mechanism called software denied networking(SDN) for providing the best security and maintaining certain protocols in order to boost up the communication channel

There are some faults in the administration part, like a lack of helpdesk client service, product service, and troubleshooting

.As i mentioned it was a great performance with Fujitsu iaas when compared to other cloud Iaas servers also it main goal is to deliver the standard applications globally

Big League cloud platform with great performance

What do you like best about Fujitsu IaaS?

It has great day to day usability features like virtual system/servers and templates. Virtual servers have the operating systems which are used and offered globally example: Red Hat, Ubuntu and other Linux flavours.

What do you dislike about Fujitsu IaaS?

Scalable storage offering. Good support for cloud API's.

Recommendations to others considering Fujitsu IaaS?

Not great with community support. Weak documentation. Should try to create good video tutorials for easier understanding and implementation.

What problems is Fujitsu IaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I would recommend more customers to use but for that product documentation needs to be improved.

Fujitsu offers reasonable pricing compared to other cloud providers, which saves Cost, On-demand scalability and makes customers more flexible in choosing workload.

Security concerns, as Fujitsu doesn't have control over customer infrastructure and needs to work on SLA based and solve issues/concerns, sometimes taking time.
