What do you like best about Fretron?

Its a very best Platform i have ever seen on internet, all logistics operations we can perform using fretron, they are providing many features to make all logistics works very easy, as much work i was doing before using this platform in 1 week now after using this platform it takes me only 1 hour to complete that all work.

also there customer support system is very osm.

What do you like best about Fretron?

Fretron has made very good user freindly software which is easy to understand by basic users also. Their customer support team develops the software by understanding all requirements in details and then deliver a comprehensive solution which is easy to implement

What do you dislike about Fretron?

Nothing is there which is disliking about them

We use fretron for different segements like fleet tracking, route optimization, Issue Management tracking etc. These features help us in better visibility of work assigned, fleets and that further helps us in making right desicions.

problem solver- freight

What do you like best about Fretron?

i was havvong the problem in getting the cost and freight for the multiple lane or route. now i am using fretron for freight and cost and the process is very easy and helpfull. even i can save the freght and can compare the same in the future as well.

need to generate the pdf option for hardcoy. otherwise all good

they have feature of realtime visiblility of all vehicle in a single page. where you can check the stauof every vehicles. also the fastag location captured in a real time .

till now no any disliking, i suggest all to use this.

The customer support and resolution handling. Flexibility in moulding the product as per your use case and product integration is seamless.

A FAQ chatbot would be a good add-on which is missing currently.
