What do you like best about FraudLabs Pro?

Protection, security, best in class customer service, very user friendly, saves from malicious activities and so in return time and money. All of this combined, makes FraudLabs Pro stand out from its competitors.

What do you dislike about FraudLabs Pro?

Genuinly, there is nothing to dislike about FraudLabs Pro. Its cost effective and still their customer service is at par with industry class care with their app.

What problems is FraudLabs Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

FraudLabs Pro can stop people suspected of fraud. Its trigger mechanism is very well designed to support small to medium and even large business models. Because of an stop people FraudLabs Pro there are no more losses being occured due to fradulant activities.

FraudlabsPro has excellent support

FraudlabsPro has excellent support. I needed an upgraded version for Nopcommerce 4.5 and they were right on it. We just started using this plugin since we were getting many hackers trying out their credit cards on our site. it has a great rating system and their tool is priceless.

What do you like best about FraudLabs Pro?

I obviously like that it is free. While the free option may not have all the bells and whistles, it does have enough to raise a flag on something that may be fraud to which you can then do your own investigation.

What do you dislike about FraudLabs Pro?

I dislike that it occasionally flags some orders as potential fraud due to common things such as payment type or if the person who placed the order used a VPN. I'm aware that when people commit fraud, they tend to use VPNs but that shouldn't be the only criteria to raise a flag.

What problems is FraudLabs Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using Fraud Labs to help combat the growing fraudulent orders that affect small e-commerce businesses more and more often these days.While it should not be the only tool, it should certainly be one of the tools in your fraud prevention.

Definitely recommend

A really easy plugin to add to my WooCommerce store. the features on the free plan are great to start with for peace of mind. The sms verification add on is great. Would definitely recommend, and find this product really necessary, especially with the increasing fraud happening online.

If this app red flags, you’d better cancel order asap! Very effective fraud tool.

We are really happy with this fraud labs app. It’s our quick cross check to see if the order is valid. Sometimes it gives a red dot where a client got the format of their address wrong, what does easy to doublecheck and is still good to know. Overall we are very satisfied in the last two years of use and will continue to run and recommend this app.
